I was sceptical and taking it with a pinch if salt. Apologies and bowing down. For long I was wondering what is the cricket like sound I'm hearing when meditating and in my quiet times. First I thought it was coming from outside, later I figured out it was from within the body. So I settled with idea, may be that is caused by imperfection of the human bodies design, which brain cancells out normally. But was not fully convinced and was having a feel that it possibly could have something to do with spirituality. But was not sure who can be a trusting authority to give the right answer.
