Amazing to see there are still some old 1,500 V DC electric gantry masts on the section of line at 13:40. This is the furthest the class 76's went when they worked the Woodhead route that closed way back in 1981. There used to be some exchange sidings at Ashton Moss Junction where diesels worked the train forward.

Did the Crowthorne Line used to be semaphore signalled past Denton Junction at one time?

Is that the old platforms for Baguley Fold railway station at 19:17? A great video by the way.

Park , not Baguley Fold. Likely derived from nearby Philips park , as per the Park signal boxes.

Is this the infamous Denton Stockport "ghost" train that only operates once a week on Friday mornings?

Nope that runs into Stalybridge. Where we hung a left at Denton Jc the Ghost train carries straight on into Guidebridge then onto Stalybridge.
