I think that it should be pointed out that it *really was* anybody's game. As down and out Baer seemed, he was only 1 star off with a substantial coin lead; if he had landed on the most event spaces, he would have actually won. Absolutely bananas how it came down to the wire despite NL running the table for 95% of the match. GG all around!
This stream NL was overflowing with dad energy: - "is smt those games that a guy fights stuff & demons?"-like kinda of comment - overly complicated and dirty joke that just NL *himself* laughs - weirdly absurd trivia

Don't really mind him but in this game in particular he makes it almost unwatchable
i mean who cares, mario party will always be fun because of how incredibly luck dependant it is. You can win every single minigame and still get screwed. Once my brother made me realize this when I was like 11 I could never get mad at a match ever again. It never feels like my fault if I lose, nor the other player's merit if they win.

I mean the entire game is RNG based with the mini games somewhat involving skill to provide the illusion of agency. Mario Party is basically Smash Bros without the ability to disable items.
