Another super easy method to create unique features in your settlements! Just put down the firepit, make warehouse stairs and build off of that with the concrete floor. You can even make a mantel off of that or even a den if you have the space to!

very nice!!! i made my own fireplace as well...i made mine using barn house wood tiles though. and stacked them on top of one another
