Just double checked, and you're correct! When first testing, it wasnt working for me due to my special weapon being maxed on ammo. Your special has to be able to refill for your rocket to benefit from it, my mistake. My apologies, just hearted and liked your comment for more visibility 🧡
I’ll tend to disagree with your corrective roll… rewind rounds with high impact reserves are the god roll because you get extra DPS if you’re mag goes low, which with rewind rounds the low impact comes up very frequently
Explosive rounds doesn’t disrupt firefly anymore like it did in D1 I think explosive rounds is very hopefully because it give a small percentage of damage with it
As someone who has the EP / Firefly roll, I can definitely vouch that it does. Although it's not a massive deal, I wanted to mention it for others, it even happens with using EP / Dragonfly

Just did some testing on Carl in the conflux lost sector on Nessus. Both on a explosive payload and timed payload hand cannons (both payload versions and non versions). Made sure the power level was the same on all guns. It’s about a 11% power damage buff. Good to know. Thanks for the heads up. Cutie ☺️ Edit: so the 11% was per bullet, so a Seventh Seraph HC with timed payload did 11% more damage with a single bullet than a SSHC without timed payload. Still comparing it to that single bullet.

Me and a mate managed with 3 randoms to carry a 1260 to atheon and if they didn't have to leave we definitely could've finished it VoG is hands down the easiest raid in D2
People are really really underestimating thresh being a column 1 perk, IMO the best perk in that column, especially with firefly, rewind rounds is kinda overkill when firefly already gives reload. Edit: Also wym no useful column 1 perks on the vision of confluence? Theres wellspring dood
Wellspring is a great perk, but 100% of the time I'll take Rewind Rounds over it. And Thresh is great, but in PvE it's near useless given that if you're playing with a team you'll have a ton of orbs anyways, and in PvP, it only sees itself being REALLY useful if it's on a Void Element Weapon to take advantage of Nezerac's

I probably should clarify a bit better in my videos when I'm giving perk suggestions. 9/10 I'm talking from the perspective of an endgame player, so Thresh never appeals to me as I have teammate's orbs to rely on, and things like Wellspring don't appeal to me because of the appeal of Sustain Damage with Rewind Rounds. You're definitely not wrong in saying those 2 perks are useful, but for players like me, I just ignore them most of the time lol
I still haven’t gotten a vision of cornflakes. I want one with full auto and rewind for pve. You want a scout for pvp just get hung jury with box breathing. It feels so satisfying to get those three taps.
Destiny sucks all the good weapons are locked behind raids solo players like me would never get my hands on fait bringer b/c everyone I’ve played has quite the game.

Explosive Payload is a flat damage buff on every weapon that it rolls on :)
Its basically frenzy but constantly and the explosive bit has unlimited range
