I went back to looking for them through WhatsApp and they stay online and don't read the messages. They didn't give me any information if they will send me a new one, or if they already sent it and it still hasn't arrived. I hope to have a happy ending to this story, because “yes” it is the lowest cost benefit, but the stress that a lack of communication generates, in my opinion, is not worth talking about. DO NOT BUY THIS POWERMETER FOR SRAM 3-BOLT. IT USES COUNTERSUNK SCREWS, WHILE SRAM USES FLATTOP, WHICH MEANS THAT THE BOLT ARE BENT INWARDS. THIS CAUSES VISIBLE ABRASION DAMAGE TO THE SPIDER AFTER NOT EVEN 5 HOURS OF RIDING. THE BOLTS WILL EVENTUALLY BREAK OFF. THEY WILL NOT REFUND FOR ANYTHING...
I was given this as a present but seems that Xcadey are a scam. We ordered and were sent tracking which didn’t work. Email communication has now stopped with the last email reply to them saying no such user for info@xcadey.com Xcadey have stolen our money, are a scam and I’d suggest reconsidering power or go pedal based. So disappointed!
I have problems with an R8000 power meter, it measures badly. If I calibrate it or leave it at 100%, I have to lower it to 40% and no one helps me from @xcadeyofficial

Hello, the 3mm spacer is for no-boost crank. It can adjust the chainline to 49mm.
