- New Super Mario Bros. 2 is the third game in the series... I know, that makes no sense, but it is what it is! It was released on the Nintendo 3DS and it's a pretty good one! It features a lot of bosses, so let's find out which ones are the best!

@@cooki1875 I think it was the best,or at least tied with nsmbds, it was definitely the hardes while keeping in the best features of nsmbwii, it also brought what I consider to be the best koopaling bossfights and final boss in the series.
Nsmbds was, however, an homage to originality, bringing in so many new things. I, and probably everyone wishes that everny nsmb game tried to feel like a standalone game, the same way ds was. But I think nsmbu is still amongst the best 2d mario platformers.

Honestly, I found the Morton fight to be the easiest in the entire game. Once you know that he creates shockwaves as he lands, he'll be an an absolute joke and you won't have to avoid a single spiked ball. Every time you hit him, he'll leave the stage, and exit the pipe right on the centre platform, leaving himself wide open for another pounding.
I also found Ludwig to be a close second with how quickly you can off him.
