You ar oig it the WRONG WAY! First, when it is winter and freeing cold you should sit a substantial time in the Sauna first, so that you heat up yiur vidy. THEN you throw yourself in the far too cold water But not for too long. After that you should sit in the Sauna again until you feel comfortable. Afterwards at least I feel lovely refreshed. At least that is the way I do things!
