Nah It hates everything when come close to them. They think everything is a competitor. This chicken will even do the same thing to Lion or any apex predators because it's in their blood
It's probably just mating season where the things try to display dominance to everything they encounter. Wild turkeys here in the USA do the same nonsense in October and November to passing cars on backroads. It's a good way to get a free turkey for Thanksgiving too.
and other birds, this species is a cross between two birds which contributes to this; they will stroll where there are smaller birds play fighting, it choses its victim then kills it decapitates it then fucks the corpse
It's hilarious the fact that the bird is probably thinking about life and death and protecting his territory and the dude is holding a phone running around laughing, what a troll
Well, if you look closely, you will see that this is an industrial area and not his territory. besides, I was just going to film this beautiful bird when it started chasing me. I did not intend to kill or injure him and just tried to show him that I give him space to go backwards and not attacking him. nor do I think I hurt his feelings by laughing at him.
lol...dont underestimate birds. Judging from where it was and its actions...that bird probably had a massive ego and your laughing obviously made him fucking angry. Its save to say he let his anger out on some innocent animals when he was back in the woods. (or maybe this encounter told him a lesson and he is a better birson now....who knows)
They live only in the mountains. You see forest in the background. I guess that is some kind of storing place they built in the mountains quite far away from civilization.

@@holidayinn4293 I agree. It seems impractical to attack everything relentlessly, especially a larger animal that could injure them. A person could easily kill one with a swift kick. I wonder how they evolved this behavior. Maybe there has always been a lack of natural predators in Scotland.

Is there a video of this bird NOT attacking??
I saw one with a russian having one on his hand and not attacking at all so yes, but I gotta find it again lmao
I believe it depends on the time of year you encounter them. They get very aggressive and hormonal during their mating season.
