TheAllaksion What i learned when i searched to understand the eye changing thing in Alice, is that she can use other magic than her puppet. She's actually one of the most powerfull magician in gensokyo and she use her puppets to restrain herself (she don't like winning by overwelming power). When she get red eyes it's because she stop restraining herself and use her power. Yellow eye are for when she open her grimoire giving her god-like power.

Here's my opinion of it.Its probably the red moon's fault probably.Since a red moon isnt normal in Gensokyo.I might be wrong tho. Well since this is probably a fan work animation/MDD so yeah anything goes x3
