Holy shit this is so badass. Matt Walker the drummer is on FIRE. I remember seeing this as a teenager and now I'm almost 40 and it still rocks my world. Strange combination of industries but it works.
i've listen to music for about 60 years and i never heard a song with as much DRIVE as Hey Man Nice Shot...Marc Jacobs would of freaked if a model would of started a crowd surfing flinge...Best 2 Songs I Have Ever Heard...Filter Was Banging All 8 Cylinders On This One...

Still remember seeing this one on MTV back in '96. Terrific performance! I spot Helena Christensen at 3:59 - probably a tie-in to presenter Chris Isaac's successful video for Wicked Game. I still remember Isaac making a joke about most people not knowing how to pronounce the band's name. The emphasis wasn't supposed to be on the first syllable and not on the second - but on both. :)
I like how he's wrapped up like a mad patient escapee. And screams like a madman. Lendegary performance I've only watched for the first time recently. There's something about their performance here that is that classic yet raw heavy rock vibe. Reminds me of Linkin Park except these guys did it first.
What a blessed life Rich Patrick has led. Playing in an awesome band (not counting NIN), surrounded by supermodels. And your brother is the T1000 AND Agent Doggett from the X-FILES?
love how they strapped his arm so many times to his torso lol he is like yep i move around alot on stage..reminds me of when dexter uses like 200 feet of plastic after learning from lil chino that not enough tape is bad lol
Kate Moss, Amber Valletta, Olga Kurylenko, Karen Mulder, X, ?, Linda Evangelista, 3:26 Amber Valletta again ? 3:58 Helena Christensen, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell.... Beautifully badass.
BEST EVER WILL NEVER BE THIS GOOD AGAIN TIME MARCHES ON AND IT SUCKS MORE AND MORE EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
+Benjamin Yearley Maybe something like fashion itself: very little can be considered timeless. The band never enthused me, but posted this clip, along with 2 others from the same show, simply because it was "off the wall", and thought it would make someone out there happy. Obviously, not too many, from the number you quoted. But, hey! Some things come back in style after a while. You just never know. ;)
What riff are you talking about? There is just the bass riff minute and twenty or so seconds, no guitars for that period (except for the controlled feedback) - but that's how it's meant to be?
We use think "Hey Man Nice Shot" was about Jesse James fr 95-00... (Till internet) I'm fr Kansas City so I thought that was cool. I'm sticking with it even tho I know the true meaning. Congressman shot himself at live Press Conf
I saw this live on TV in 1996 and it’s never left me. Nearly, 30 years later I searched for it specifically on RUclips.
The world looked so cool back then. Everything looked bigger and somehow this worked.
I saw it live also!
This is the best quality of this show I've seen recorded. T1000's brother Richard Patrick!!! Fucking love Filter!! bring back the 90's

I think I still have this on a VHS cassette in my mother's house. I was 17 at the time and absolutely jumped with joy on the sofa watching this
Awesome. I love how there's this angry, brutal, rock music behind this bourgeois model runway stuff. Brilliant
This performance is friggin epic
somehow i remember watching this, it made no sense then & it makes no sense now, but it's the most awesome thing ever on television
The whole band killed this performance 👏🙌! Richard sounds phenomenal!
Wow! That voice! That guitar sound! THOSE GIRLS! Lol!
Remember watching this live, 19yrs old
What a completely strange and unique era of popular music this was.

Richard Patrick's mastermind!
you can see some of the models side-eye the singer as they walk by. no doubt they liked his crazy energy.
Just love the outro to Under.

wasn't this so cool. :)
Shame the guitar mix/level wasn’t good enough to hear the “hey man nice shot” riff.
What riff are you talking about? There is just the bass riff minute and twenty or so seconds, no guitars for that period (except for the controlled feedback) - but that's how it's meant to be?
McLovin on vocals?
