Issue he had in Arizona. He realized he had to shrink his playbook with Murray. Because of his height. With Jayden, every play is open. He gave Jayden the green light since preseason. He can change plays if he doesn't like what he see.
That's a great thing to be able to pick each others brain in order to solve problems. Especially when you have two individuals that have seen it. That situation only makes your QB more comfortable and confident with what the both of you are achieving. That has already spoken in volume on the field

He clearly understands the game on a different level especially as a quarterback. There's a cat that's focused on a direction and open to anything? not a director because "I know better" ? that's col AF. Intense, traditional class A supporting staff that's a complete team. Wagner, Luvu, Scary Terry, Dyami Brown, Sanrastil… we have a beast of a QB, but there have been plenty of team with elite QBs that did nothing..
