    Learn the key points on German nouns ending with -ich. Why should you care about nouns ending with -ich? HINT: because German nouns ending with -ich always have the same gender!
    Studying German noun endings in general is a good way to learn German smarter, not harder. The German noun ending -ich is just ONE example of many noun endings that are each associated with a specific gender, which means you don’t need to try to memorize a random ‘der die das.’
    Take the guesswork out of learning the gender of German nouns by leveraging your analytical abilities as an ADULT learner of German --including studying German noun endings such as -ich!
    The German noun ending -ich is an ironclad ending that has no exceptions (unlike some other noun endings). It can be applied even to monosyllables (which is rare), with the exception of ‘das Reich’.

    One question: How often do we need words such as "Sittich" and "Bottich" and are these words really important for someone who is still a beginner in German? ;)

      Very unimportant --they were just examples that came to mind!
