Tarisland - v3 Bard DPS DOT Build - Attribute, Inscribed Stone & Skills

Hey guys! I cleared Archidruid Challenge and get top 11 on EU-3 with this build at the end of the time limit to be able to rank. (was 42/6/19 when Archidruid Challenge)
I finally have 50/6/19 with a new Inscribed Stone topleft/topright (Out Of Control) then i go for it.
You can continue to follow how I increase my inscribed stones. (go find the nodes of concentration, resonance then the top core, then the middle one and finally go up to level 3 the bottom core)
Your stat cap (intelligence) is 5300, after that you have to consider concentration because 17 concentration points is equal to 1 attack.

In my opinion, yes. Because Cooldown is CDR+GCD
