Wait u can use Q3 as t4?
because it is an artifact, for example, daggers. The normal daggers dont have that many abilities, but bloodletter and so does instead. Makes sense as they are more expensive to craft

Zero to 8.3??? Wdym zero to 8.3??? When you have lvl 85 or more on the weapon to unlock the 3th Q , how is that zero to 8.3?? Why you don’t play with first spell on Q , cuz if some1 copy your build he doesn’t have the 3th Q… you need lvl 85… tf is this… ZERO TO 8.3 shame

Zero as in flat 4 gear. Also 85 mastery is very easy to get. It only takes a few hours on your first day. Axes are basically unplayable for PvP in solo mists without 3rd q. There is no point in watching him grind mobs on the edge of the map for a few hours
