Wanted to make a quick video for the software engineers who want to start software development agencies - I spoke with a few of you via email and a lot more of you via call - if you are going to go down this path, you need to know the one thing that will make or break your success. I personally don't recommend it (why choose a C-tier opportunity if you can choose an S-tier opportunity?) BUT if it's something you are passionate about and want to do, you should go into it with the correct mindset and armed with the necessary information.
