I run a seven-figure B2B consulting firm.
It all started when I landed my first six-figure job as a software engineer during my junior year of university.
After climbing the corporate ladder, I realized I wanted more, so I quit to chase bigger things.
Now, I’m on a mission to help other software engineers do the same.
I’ll share what I’ve learned, from my mistakes to my wins, so you can have the knowledge you need to achieve your goals.
“The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall use my time.”

I’m Bad At Coding… (and why it doesn't matter)
I built my startup as my first job but never hit market, now i joined corporate to get experience since i was broke too, i am planning my exit but its so damn hard, ive gained experience but the money isnt enough to go risk again
This is gold
How much time did you spend on creating a demo for a client? How did you handle your time when you had overlapping priorities of any sorts say of demos, coding, etc.?
I am just starting my software engineering journey , i dont know who to follow, i dont know what steps that will make me prepared to be a CEO like you after 2-3 years of experience, i know you dont take in beginners but can you be my mentor
my unfair advantage is having unfair disadvantages
yes
Do a video on how to determine the why of a problem
Thank you🎉
Hello, I loved your video, now I'm just an student in a software engineering college and I've been trying to get a chance to work in a real professional project, and this class were really helpful for me, when you mentioned about making the right questions it completely changed my mind, now everything I studied so far makes sense, I know where I can apply my knowledge, why I'm using this framework, etc. Believe it or not, this video changed my whole mind, thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.
You over talk,
Good Stuff <3
Thnx it helped a lot , changed my perspective of seeing a software engineering job but can you also tell as a beginner what you can do to increase your skill or which skill you should focus on.
Subscribed! that is ironic. I thought if people are really good at logical thinking (e.g., programming), they should be really good at composing words and telling something very logically. If he is able to simplify coding conditional statements, he should be able to explain things in a simple way. But turns out that it is not always like that. My comment, for example :D
R u rich?
Actually this is correct for any field I think. You are so tallented that you understand this in your young age. <3
This man has ticked everything as a software engineer, but he has forgotten one thing. He is not an electrical and electronics engineer. I say this cause i am 33 years old and spent days, months and years to find out the main problem and solution and that is technology with confidence. The goal was never to be hired to please someone. The goal was and still is to become something different by helping people, not being better and selfish. I rather be poor and live life quiet just to help people who have families then listen to someone who thinks the only option to live life is to do other peoples tasks just to get accepted.
Just wondering: do you tell the same to your employees?
Yes, especially because all my full time employees have uncapped earning potential.
While I agree that communication skills are more important than most people realize, 7 years of usage I consider barely enough to say I learned one language properly. And I simply have to disagree, that there is massive amounts of talent out there. There are massive amounts of people who sell themselves well. There are massive amounts of projects where time constraints or constantly switching goals prevent documentation to be written. There are massive amounts of programmers, who complain about lacking documentation, while not haven taken a look at the documentation, that exists. And there are massive amounts of well spoken, smart entrepreneurs and managers, who live from paycheck to paycheck. Especially in the age of AI, I would say, that having a solid foundation has become more important than ever. And many of the problems described are rather obvious if you are a loyal guy to your company, as you will see how timelines are butchered just to advance a single persons career, or requirements change, simply because people who wanted something early on leave the company. Being well paid in a small team, where you can focus on your problems without fearing to be fired, have good time with your co-workers and enough time to build your own life next to your job is also worth a lot, and you won't find those opportunities in fortune 500 companies, the foundation for that is not just good coding skills, and communication, but also patience, integrity, and humility.
Everyone keeps saying communication skills, but those won't get you the interview. Communication is important during the interview, and much more important when getting a promotion.
Devide your video into entitled parts that can we go to directly
You make it sound easy, man.
awesome video❤
Умница.
Thanks for the extremely value advice
Can you let me know ,what does coding do to a owner of a company does it make the company money, let me know why???
What video?

I worked as a software developer for over two years. I didn’t have time to take care of my health, or maybe health was never my priority. I chose my career over my health from my student life. But life suddenly taught me a harsh lesson. I was diagnosed with tuberculosis. While struggling with that, I decided to take a short career break. One month later, my father passed away, and soon after, I was injured in a severe road accident. Now, it has been eight months since I quit my job. I am extremely confused about what I should do next.
As cliche as it sounds, it's not about how many times you get knocked down but rather how many times you get back up. Keep at it and think of life as a sinusodial wave, after every trough (lowest point) it gets better until it reaches a new crest (highest point), and then back down. This is true for business as well. Shoot me an email if you wish to discuss more.
@@bgoofficial That's very kind of you. Unfortunately, I couldn't find your email address after a lot of searching. Could you help me with that, please? Thank you for your kind words. They truly mean a lot, especially during our lowest moments. May love and happiness find you where you least expect them, when you least expect them. By the way, I’m watching you from Bangladesh. I hope it makes you smile to know that you are impacting the lives of people who are miles away.
Is it possible to learn programming from any platform, for example Coursera? Is it sufficient to enter the job market?
If you are not going for it, then it is what it is, and you are not going for it. There it is then. You are gone.
Boy, I really can't believe that finally someone understands what I'm saying. I usually download the videos, but I watched them completely online. Due to the speed of the internet, I have to. I don't disrespect them. I usually like and comment.
Thank you for the advice 🫡
Perfect. I've learned such a lesson from real life when I was direct with a person from a culture where it's not common
Awesome bro. Thnx

The college I am going to is now teaching this concept to us full stack programmers. You are basically nothing without communication skills.
