Yes, that tiny needle mark in his back under all his clothes is immediately visible to everyone and gives the game away. It's not like he could possibly have had a heart attack or anything.
I just got the game recently. I was still following the Bloodmoney mechanics for accidents and I'm pretty sure poison wasn't counted as an accident then, unless maybe some Fugu fish related mishaps but I don't recall those in that game. It's good to know in any case. Given that bodies are never considered found after an accident,t his opens open a new array of SA possibilities.
@grimgroove Yeah, it was actually really weird and the only use for it in Blood Money was if you didn't have a silenced pistol but had to kill a knocked out NPC. The animation was really long and yeah, useless. Even though the in-game description says that the poison makes it look like a heart-attack it still didn't count as accident.

Hu...There is something wrong...I got the Silent Assassin for this but haven't unlocked anything ._. Also, I killed him by pouring poison in his water x)
Cobra, I got SA and unlocked the suits by poisoning him, as shown in this video. Yarlick got SA as well, just no unlocks. The problem there is probably shit devs and/or issues with the connection to the servers. The unlocks might pop-up later, but I recommend complaining to the devs regardless.
The problem with Elusive Targets is that their timing of movements are random and so unless you get lucky or just restart the mission over and over again to get a perfect pattern you sometimes have to improvise with distractions. My distraction in the video was unnecessary, though, and had they not seen me throw the can it would've actually screwed me a bit.
Am an old gamer who played Hitman 1 and 2 some 12-13 years ago and quit a year later, only to come back last week. Been checking out this version of hitman and I must say it is a little disappointing. You can easily run/sprint all over the place without raising suspicion (try doing that on an older version) and time-bound. Totally takes away the stealth factor out of the game.
Not sure if you have some kind of nostalgia bias but you could easily run/sprint all over the place in the old games too. The addition of enforcers is more realistic instead of the buggy inconsistency that was the old games. What you mean with "time-bound" is also confusing.
Not at all suspicious that the guy seemed to accidentally poke himself in the back with deadly poison!

Tossing that coin on the ground arouses immediate suspicion, however.
What coin? Even if there was a coin, what do sounds of objects have to do with someone keeling over sick?
CHARMELEON

items to bring every time
Since when is a poison kill counted as an accident kill?
Since they added poison in the game.

The Original Hitman that got out in the year 2000 allows you to run to your heart's content as well.

He kinda looks like Robert Mueller, a younger Robert Mueller
