- Thanks for stopping by. I didn't really plan to do this one.. again but I had noticed on the first cover from early 2018 I did for this song that the solos were AWFUL and the rhythm parts were played incorrect. I felt I had to go back and redo it.

Shiiiiit thanks for sticking around King. I hadn’t seen that vid in a looooong time and noticed that some parts were off. It just comes with playing and developing ear skills. That prechorus “We are the Deceived” riff was incorrect. I hate how I did those solos so I felt I had to redo it better to my new standard. All the Sin and The Sentence covers will probably get the same treatment too.

Excellent cover of The Deceived, as always with your Trivium covers! The first cover you did was definitely good, but this one is definitely an improved version! Such a fast, heavy song and my favorite from Ascendancy. 🤘🔥🎸
Yeah this is definitely miles ahead of the old one. My ear for figuring out parts and riffs has improved, same with recording solos so going back to this video was a bit cringe inducing I noticed a few parts were off and someone commented on the solo being shit so I wanted to redo it to my current standard. I want to do the same with the whole Sin and the Sentence album too.
Man, excellent job. The articulations throughout, but especially on all three parts at the end of the solo, are immaculate.
dude you really should be more popular than now... Every cover you do is awesome , sound quality is as good as it gets , video is crystal clear. I would expect these qualities from peiople with million sof views . The world isn't fair afterall .... Hope you will one day get the recognition you deserve
