Exactly. I bought a raw Bedard YG for $350. I know someone who spent $400 on a box to try and pull him, with a 1 in 8 chance. The 6 YG's he did get are worth $19 total.
Big difference taking a $330 loss vs $180 though....and most people buy 2. So risky. 90% of the boxes are yikes.... especially those with HOF fake patches with no auto.
Yeah, sticker autos are a frustrating aspect, but at the same time this product wouldn't be coming out until the summer or fall if it was on-card. I like having some form of autograph content during the hockey season of the current rookie crop, even if it'll be in sticker form. At least the key set (Draft Day Marks) are at least "on-card" so to speak haha
It was worn, but because it was labeled as "event-used", that means it might've been worn in an event related to the Winter Classic (i.e. a photoshoot or a practice) as opposed to being in worn in the actual game itself. That doesn't totally mean it wasn't worn in the game, but in the past (and even in the set) UD generally writes how it was used as specifically as they can. They'll mention "game-used" on non-rookie base jersey/patch cards, "event-used" on all rookie memorabilia cards or all-star fabrics, manufactured for things that weren't worn like Draft Day Marks, or even the specific game If something was 100% game-used, they'd normally use "game-used" on the back of the COA since that's what they are legally accountable for. It being labeled as event-used tends to mean it's from the mentioned event, but not necessarily from the game.
@@stevekay6895 No, it's definitely used for jerseys and patches. Pretty much every single rookie jersey produced in a release year will be event used, including SP Game Used. They just don't have enough time to get game-worn stuff into packs, let alone the quantity of jerseys. They go "player-worn" for rookies just because it could've been at the draft, at the rookie showcase, or other events that aren't games and don't need/want to specify It's rare to see it for veteran stuff because normally it really is game-used, so maybe they didn't specify it here. However, they're normally super good at specifying whether it was game-worn or not. Seeing "event-worn" just means it's possible it wasn't and something to keep in mind :) They could've just slipped up on the COA and not changed it on the entire Winter Classic cards, but it also could've been used in a practice or photoshoot type of deal, we'll never really know though.
yeah was very, very happy. It's definitely not for everyone. I like it more as a group break product personally (especially as a mixer) because by the box is a big risk/reward.
U seem great I enjoyed the break but in general I just wish everyone just open the pack instead of move 2 back pull 3 under bull crap. Ha. Good break !!
Best 6 box break I’ve seen
it's definitely the best 6 boxes of SP Game Used I've ever opened up, and it's not particularly close. Very lucky!
That Hughes hit is very nice. Glad this set has Bedard and Fantilli in it.
Sick. I love the Bedard Net Cord.
Cant wait for SP Authentic...
Great video brother 👍
Thanks for sharing, excitement's high!
Absolute BEAUTY Hits!!!!! You definitely got some great boxes there! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏼💪🏽👊🏼🤙🏼
Just ordered a box from you guys... hopefully not disappointed lol.
Love the look of those deep cuts cards, the design is super cool. Awesome break overall!
Nice break! I might be picking some up soon!
Looks like a fun set but the price does make me a bit nervous for how good and bad a box could be!

oh the swings are WILD with this product haha. It's always been like this.

Congrats on the Hughes. Its a beauty! You did much better then average i think!
to be honest, I think this is probably one of the best 6 boxes you'll see haha. Our last group break was also pretty nuts though, so who knows!
After watching this, I can actually justify buying a couple of these boxes! What a sweet break, there are some absolutely filthy cards in there! :)
It's a super boom-or-bust product. When you boom, it's great... but a lot of the times it's not as good haha
You're about the only person who did well with this product, congrats!
Congrats best rip I've seen of this product woow nice
New sub. Just started ripping. Love these cards. Thanks for sharing
Probably 6 of the best boxes you could open! So many /5 😂🤯
"Sticker auto in high end box"....drives me nuts. but bedard hype has me happy for this product.

What a break
It says GAME USED on the box bro...That Winter Classic patch was worn 100%

@@zephyrepic I think that “event used” is excessive to banners and stuff like that. All jerseys were used in a game.

Nice pulls , this product is not for me but you did well here

lol you casually just pulled all of the best items you could pull from this product while every other break I’ve seen has been a sad story…
Yeah it was wild. I've never had a run like this in SPGU over 6 boxes.
Nice
💪😁🤘

I need any n all penguins cards.
ThAnks
200 per? LOL!
