For safety reasons, while playing basketball, you'll want a polycarbonate lens material. It's thicker than high index plastic, but it is safer (won't shatter). Depending on how high your prescription is, you should try to find a goggle that doesn't have too much wrap to it (has a flatter, less curved front).
What if you have a big head and high prescription?? Dont higher prescriptions require smaller lenses to not cause that magnifying effect? 😢
