Nice model! I love that Batmobile. I was actually at Barrett Jackson when the original was sold. Thanks for the video. I can't post a link here, but I've got a picture of George Barris and me in front of one of the replicas.
I ordered mine in November and expected them by now. I need to email them for an update I am getting antsy. I have several DF120’s ordered for my Batmobiles and several DF30’s for figures.
Hi, Joey…Great Review! I’m glad you got this version of the Batmobile and appreciate it like so many of us do! Could you post a photo of that photo you have with Adam, Burt, & Julie?…and when/where was it taken? I’m glad you took opportunity to do that while you could!…so many passed on it and now it can’t happen ever again! Thanks and enjoy your ‘66 Batmobile! 😊 😊 😊
Hi thanks for the kind comment. It was taken at Frank and Sons Collectible Show in California near LA in April of 2016. I’m so glad I had the opportunity. Burt actually lives in my small hometown of Norco, CA. It won’t let me leave a photo in the comments, maybe I can make a video short with my celebrity Batman photos.
One thing that few seem to mention except one reviewer but I noticed in all reviews including this one. THE DOOR. While I appreciate the accuracy of the door opening. All of them seem to sag and thusly cause a slight issue when closing. Causing the person to have to lift and some times use 2 hands to gently close it to latch
Nicely done on the video! Thanks for that! Where did you find the case for your Jazzinc 1966 Batmobile and what are the dimensions please? Is there a website? Thank you!
Sorry for the delay. Yea mine should finally be here in the next few weeks. The company is called Moduspace. I purchased several DF120 cases for my 1/6 Batmobile’s. They are about two feet wide, two feet tall and four feet wide. This Batmobile is 37” long, 13” wide and 9” tall.
Damn this thing is massive. Looking forward to receiving mine soon. Been waiting patiently, but I believe it was worth the wait as well as an investment. Now I have to search for the Hot Toys 1966 Batman and Robin. Great video commentary.
@@gregjsinclair the Batmobile is sold by www.Jazzinc dioramas.com. On the website, you need to email them to be put on a waitlist but there’s still a chance to get one cause people cancel orders from time to time.
Is it flat black in the lower sides of the car ? Looks like it in the video ? the door doesn’t seem easy to close ? Looks like you had to lift it to close ?
No, the paint is glossy on top above and below the yellow stripe, I think it’s just the angle that makes it look that way. Yea, the passenger door on mine seems a little easier to close than the driver door. I honestly won’t be opening the doors much I wouldn’t want to wear out any mechanism or mess up any paint. I’m planning on displaying it with the doos shut.
My steering wheel is pretty stiff and I don’t wanna force it. But in other reviews I have seen other steering wheels turn. But they don’t actually turn the tires. You have to angle them by hand.
I have a question when Robin is sitting in the car is he arm able to reach and hold onto the windshield like he did in so many scenes in the show ? I can send you a photo if your unsure of what I’m taking about it’s a very famous pose.
They are still in production, but preorders are sold out. If you email info@jazzincdesigns you can get put on a waiting list and there’s still a good chance it will convert for you. Good luck.
So it's physically lighter than the Justice Mobile? Great! That damn thing is close to 40lbs! 🤪 I have to clear the area when I'm moving it.. Looking forward to getting mine in a few months... 👍
It is sold out, however you can email info@jazzincdesigns.com to request to be put on a waiting list. There are lots of people that have not fully paid it off yet and some may become available.
The Batman figure was made by Hot Toys, they make realistic 1/6 scale figures. I have Robin too but he’s in storage. Most of my 1/6 scale figures are made by Hot Toys. Thanks for the comment!
Pretty good replication, love it!
MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS! I got both versions of the TUMBER. Thanks for sharing.
I regret selling my camo one.
Tha'ts great! The Lincoln Futura based '66 Batmobile is legendary
Nice model! I love that Batmobile. I was actually at Barrett Jackson when the original was sold.
Thanks for the video.
I can't post a link here, but I've got a picture of George Barris and me in front of one of the replicas.
Thank you. That would be so cool. I’ve seen a replica but no originals.
I think the version of 66 is the coolest ever! Congrats for the collection
Thank you it’s probably my second favorite after the 89 Keaton Batmobile. Cheers!
Very cool my friend that’s the only bat mobile am missing congratulations 👍
Right on, thank you.
I love the lines on it they look like a cool pinky red. I've got the 68 one on pre-order 😎
@@tonydouglas1404 thanks. I can’t wait to see how the ‘68 version turns out!
Thanks for the great review - I’m also waiting for my Moducase order!
Right on, hopefully they come relatively soon. I wanna order more during Black Friday sales.
@@JoeysBatcave when are you expecting the Moducase? I've looked into it and I'm considering picking up at least 3.

Beautiful replica!
Thanks it’s gorgeous in person!
Can’t wait to open mine up!
You won’t be disappointed!!
Haven’t received mine yet but when it comes I’m going to need a giant acrylic cover to keep the dust off
You will be very happy with it.
Very nice! The only thing missing was the micro-fibre cloth when I got mine.
I noticed some different people got different spare parts. Some got extra valve stems for their tires. Weird.
@@JoeysBatcave I didn't even get spare valve stems. But that's not a big deal for me.

I did add a shirt on my channel with photos of the three Batman actors I have met so far.
I am waiting for my Batmobile,it should ship in June or July hopefully.
My favorite Batmobile is still the 89' 👍
Mine too actually!
The '66 was outstanding way back then and has aged like fine wine but the '89 is my favorite. It's old now too but still looks great today
I'd love to see how the chain cutter fits.

Does the car have any sound effects build into it ?
No, but the same company is making a 2022 Batmobile from The Batman movie with Battinson and it will have sound effects and even a smoke effect!
@@JoeysBatcave yes I know but not a fan of that car

Thank you. Saturn Toys is releasing unlicensed versions of Batman and Robin and they are much cheaper if you don’t mind the fact they are knock offs.

Do the tires turn WITH the steering wheel (if not, does the steering wheel turn?)

I’m sure I’ve seen Robin figures posed like that in the promo shots, but I haven’t tried it out as my Robin figure is still in storage.

Yes but I don’t want to stretch the material of the figures so I keep mine standing next to it.
Thanks

i have a question is it diecast or plastic?
It’s made out of different plastic materials and has rubber tires. There may be a metal structure internally but I’m not sure.
@@JoeysBatcave Yes there is a metal frame inside to support all the weight
Correct I found the answer. It has metal axels and a metal frame to support the weight.
What are the measurements?
It’s about 37” long, 13” wide and 9” tall. Bug but not too big to display.
What about the Batman figure? Where did you get it? How about Robbin? Where is he? :)

I would order a real one from Fiberglass Freaks if I had $200k.
