We bought these recently and they look smart and good quality. However, the side panel follows the law of gravity and slides down the rail, bulging out the "feeding" gap in the rail. Raising the awing at the front is not an option because the panels would not fit straight anymore. Does anybody else have this issue?
Great video- It would be good to include details about how to install the receiver end on the awning - ie the grey fitting. The supplied screw looks like it will puncture the front edge of the cassette case (the part that rolls out)
You need two people to mount the aluminium bar, one to hold it, and one to retract the awning till it fits. Alone, you risk to puncture the edge of the awning as you say, or the aluminium bar drops. It’s very cumbersome to mount, and to me, looks like an afterthought and properly engineered.
Lachwekkend dit filmpje, daar ze de belangrijkste stappen voor bevestiging overslaan, namelijk hoe moeten die groen en grijs plastic houdertjes voor de spanstok bevestigd worden. Ook is niet duidelijk of je de houdertjes vervolgens kunt laten zitten als je de luifel weer inrolt. Dit soort filmpjes kunnen alleen maar door een man bedacht zijn; absoluut niet praktisch!

Where can I purchase these curtains in th US for the model 5200 awning?
