Wala akong work experience at first time ko lang din sa bpo. Luckily nakapasa ako sa final interview and contract signing agad😅

Basic lang po ang knowledge aa computer ang Importante is marunong mag search at dpat po kabisado ang mga letra sa keyboard dahil my required po ma typing test is 35WPM...so if ur willing dapat po maag study ng mabuti at mag practice about computer
@@angelynarante7496 same di rin ako mabilis mag type sa computer that's why bumagsak ako sa typing test nung nag apply ako sa call center. Tapus nag search ako panu bumilis ang pag type. Una mong gagawin search ka sa google ng typing skills at my mga picture dun na ung kamay nka pwesto sa keyboard at ung every fingers my katumbas na litter.. Un po ang kabisaduhin mo ung litter sa every fingers mo. Then type ka sa key board araw araw. Sa una subrang bagal . pero pag inabot kna ng isang buwan sa pag type bibilis na ung type mo.
Korek! Hindi naman gaanong particular sa grammar ang mga Americans ih (Pinoy lang ang may maraming grammar Nazis hehe). Meron ding mga Americans na wrong grammar, unnoticeable lang kasi mabilis sila magsalita.
Sa account po namin may offer na wfh but it depends on your performance if good ang performance pwede mag wfh at qualified sa requirements basta good internet connection lang pero low ang performance walang chansa
Hiring po kami maam kasi andami pong calls pag papasok napo sa dec. Kasi malamig doon sa US coffee maker po kasi product namin at queuing po kami kaya nag hire po sila..maganda po ang account namin at napaka easy lang po hindi po sya stress..madami pong dahilan kung bakit umaalis ang isang agent naghahnap napo yan ng malalaking sweldo kasi once po nag transfer at lalo na may experience mas malaki po ang offer at syaka sa environment po baka may problema sa mga kasamahan kaya umaalis....

I'm not that good in English but I have finished and graduated my 2yr assoc i.t course. Life has been so hard for my family because I'm already married and have two kids 10 and a 13 yr old. My husband is the only one who's working and everyday is really a struggle for is when it comes to financial budgeting..I really want this job because it's a very challenging job for me. My husband will soon lost his job for the next 5 mos. I don't know the end but it's hard for him to find another job since he is an undergraduate. Anyone can recommend pls...I am 38 yr old from cebu.

Di ko kasi kabisado ang letra sa keyboard o i mean kapag di po nakatingin sankeyboard yung ibang letra di ko po memorize eh..
May Idea po ba kayo or hope for your next content po how to master in typing or memorizing the keyboard po.
