I know it's a few weeks gone now, but HAPPY BIRTHDAY LUKE 🥳🎉🎂😆!! I hope it was wonderful for you!
Those sure are some purty behbehs you got your hands on there Abraham. Maybe they can teach those boys a thing or two haha! They handled the noise of the feeder really well and look like they're in fantastic shape! Maybe you should ride them by the sheep sometime....🐑😉😆!
Hay rides will be a breeze with these two for sure, don't suppose Texan horses have much call for sleigh riding, but I'd bet they did well with that too!
Always great to stop in, thanks for having us!

I have a list of questions
    1. Is it possible to start a ranch with $40,000?
    2. If you have a low income how would you go about, getting into contact with someone who has the same vision as you to attain land?
    3. Is applying for a land grant a good idea or is the process just too long?
    4. Is it best to just shut everything else off, vacation recreation and emerge yourself completely on building something up?

a fine herd of Florida Cracker Horses to preserve the breed.
I'll do this in hill country I suppose.
I just need some good coaching and advice,
    and I'll pay well.
    Please consider it.
    Thank you, Jason.

Love the new team. Much better size than the current giants people are breeding. Easier to harness, work on their feet, everything. Much better deal than the one I just got. I wanted a retired, gentle mare to hitch my green mules to when I start them as pairs. My mule 3yo are about the size of Duke and Daisy and I wanted something a little bigger who could keep them in line. I have two teams, one half Perch one half Belgiun. As it turns out, she's a great mare, she was given to me but has lots of expensive health problems. I never saw her till they dropped her off and they didn't disclose her health issues but turns out to be one of those really expensive freebies. She has the worst scratches I've ever seen, Osteo Chondritis Desicans, God knows what else but lots of skin problems (she's a gray, beautiful dapples but looks aren't everything and those will be gone in a couple of years). Free horses are the most expensive and if I was smart, I would put her down because she's miserable, her issues are hereditary so can't breed her, she's too big for what I like, 17+h and pushing 2400#. Super gentle and well behaved but I can't stand seeing her limp around in pain. Supposedly she'll get better when it dries out so I will give her lots of drugs till this summer and if no improvment, I'm going to do the merciful thing and learn a hard lesson. But my point here is, I'd like to see you driving a nice team of mules. This palamino team is gorgeous, gentle and the right size. I assume they are half breeds. Thats what I have, half drafts/QH but I bred them to my 15.2h jack. His babies average 16h so hopefully I'll have 4 new mule babies this spring but also some yearlings and 2yo from previous yearson the ground to start. I am almost 70 and hope to get them started this year. That's my target. If I make it to 70 and get these 3yo mules started, I might have to start the yearling (2yo next year) colts and shoot for 75 to get the babies done too. The 2 year olds are already gentled and harnessed, dragging stuff around, just haven't had them pull anything heavy. It gets harder every year to trim their feet but I shouldn't complain, I'm still doing it. I hope this percheron mare I have can make it long enough to get some experience on the youngsters if I don't go broke feeding her. Also, on a different note, you should go to FB and look up my old boss, Mark Ford in New Zeaaland. His page might be called Heli Logging now but he used to do commercial hunting out of his H500 and he's a really cool dude with awesome old time photos from back in the day. My favorite is him on a little motorcycle with 4 or 5 deer strapped to his back while he's riding the bike through the bush in his underwear. It's the Kiwi way. He bought a RAF fleet of 8 Wessex V helo's to convert from military to civilian logging. I am an A&P and did some of his conversion paperwork as well as twisted a wrench or two when installing some of the new gear. You might like seeing some of those pictures.

You have yourself a fine looking team there Jason! Someone put some good time into those horses long before they arrived to you. Neither power units nor siren seems to shy either one off. With a little bit of time pulling or working together, do you think the horses will come more together? Great video! -Bob...
