Ok, so I started Suddenly You by Lisa Kleypas, and I can't put it down!!!! It's so good. I get mad when I have to stop reading. It's something about the way it's written that just makes me so happy. I'm an English teacher, and I love literature, and it's just so enjoyable to read good literature.
Love these recs! I also love Lisa Klepas so much. Its okay to gush! I look every little bit for new HR recs from other booktubers and I'm so happy to have found this one.
Lisa kleypas yes devil in winter but my favorite is dreaming of you and sedúceme at sunrise 🌅. Thanks you for your information regarding historical romance.
I used to read so much historical romance, but it’s been ages since I’ve indulged in one (with the exception of Kleypas, whose work I always enjoy)! Got a few recs from this video and can’t wait to check them out. Also, Devil in Winter is still an all-time fave 😍

Thank you so much!!! May I ask why didn’t you finish it? Why didn’t you like it? Also, I haven’t read that series how it goes. Firstly I read 2nd book than 1st and than 3rd. Honestly, would recommend to read it that way. I feel like that’s the reason why I liked it so much more.
@@marijabarbaric5727 I think I had to read some arcs first and just forgot to go back to it. It wasn't that I didn't like it - I do want to finish it some day! I love the amnesia theme 😍
Kiss of the Highlander by Karen Marie Moning is what hooked me to historical romance. It is the first HR book that I've read, and I'm forever HR fanatic eversince. I vividly remember how I randomly picked it up from a book fair, which I'm forever grateful for.

I wonder if you have read Edenbrooke, I don't know why the book is not so famous because is so so soo sweet and funny, also flowers from the storm and the lost letter from Mimi Mathew's..
I recently read the Rules of Scoundrels books, I was too nuts about one of the heroines, though. Lisa Kleypas is awesome, my favourite is Devil in winter
I recommend inspires historical romance the authors are practicing Christians but the stories are like Jane Austen but Christianity inspiration. In others words the sex scenes are very mild and their stories are really classic. Gone to the wind comes to my mind and are different issues disabilities Elizabeth campen is one my favorites. Most are in the times of the USA 🇺🇸 colonization of the west and orphans children send them from big cities in USA 🇺🇸 to the west to be adopted and others at the Middle 1850 in the Victorian era In London.
