He is the God of all Grace and Mercy!
He is not just the God of the upright and those who impress us with their faith. He is also the God of the weak, of those who made mistakes, of those who run away, of those who live running away from their past, like Moses, of those who have deceived people, like Jacob did.
God is the God of those who are like many of us, who have had failures in their lives, who keep thinking that their past could have been different, who would like to go back and do things differently.
Everyone has something about themselves that, in their eyes, would disqualify them from being used by God.
But, God today through His Grace and Mercy is saying: I am the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of all the erring Jacob(s) who hear my voice and accept my forgiveness. “God is not ashamed to be called their God” (Hebrews 11:26)
