The 3D work is sooo stunning !! Congrats, especially for the damage on the wall at the right of the lobby chimney, must have been hard to make it look exactly like real one !

    Absolutely amazing!
I must say though that I am a bit concerned about the performance and framerates once you have it running in a game engine. High polycount models aren't such a big deal nowadays but I think that there are a lot of details in your model that would work better as part of a texture / material ( like some of the decoration in the arch above the elevator doors in the lobby) because they are so tiny and yet need complex light calculations that are extremely recource intensive compared to what can be achived via a texture. That being said, having a high poly model first and optimising it afterwards is certainly not a bad idea as a fitting texture can also be genereated using the high poly model.
Anyways, I'm extremely happy that you keep working on this even if it takes years. Probably the most exciting project in the world virtual theme parks to me!

Yes, I agree with you on that and I will be changing some of the stuff to make it more okayish for a game engine, I just have to figure out the best way with textures. Thank you!
