- The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center (PTWC) announced the State of Hawaii is under a Tsunami Watch after an 8.1 magnitude earthquake struck off Alaska on Wednesday, July 28.
Let's hope safety of everyone

Even here in New Zealand the government issued a statement that we didn't need to worry about a tsunami from this event but it was worth mentioning. Hawaii is one third of the way between Alaska and New Zealand.

I guess that you've not been reading much and have not watched "Game of Thrones" :) We should be listening to the Lord and protecting and supporting all "Indigenous Peoples" of the Earth. Also supporting atheist concepts and ideas. All the prophets from many wholly books are shams, false views. Of course, it's normal for a prophet to help his own people and tribe, but to go on and proclaim that our tribe is "number 1" and all the other tribes, Nationalities, and so on are bad and going to hell is no better than a Nazi raving fool.
Lucky for all of us, there was no tsunami. The area is very sparsely inhabited. All of the close islands are uninhabited and Perryville, the closest village, is about 80 miles away. It is not very big and everyone there is ok. They all walked to the tsunami shelter on the mountain. No one was injured, although stuff in the store and in the houses fell off the shelves.
