I almost cried when I heard the new Tyler track oh my fuck all the memories to this Madlib gem shouts out to Tyler for never letting this classic go unnoticed to those that never knew
This’ll get buried but I wanna leave this here: This song made me reminisce over my childhood, remembering the bike rides I took to my friends house, how it was normal to have all of the kids in the block playing without worry, gossiping about girls, complaining about having bedtimes, playing with LEGO sets. Music really makes you think in strange ways, and I’m glad this song could let me reflect on my life a little.
Never new this was an old madlib beat. Crazy how it sounds like the type of beats the alternative hip hop scene has today. Madlib really is special. Needs to be recognised as one of the greatest musicians in recent history for what he done for hip hop
This song has lowkey saves my life. I’ve recently been dealing with severe depression. But since the weather is getting warmer, I’ve been hanging out with friends, been goin on drives, driving into the sunset with this playing, and its just such an amazing song. Thank you Madlib.

No matter what artist samples this, Tyler, Thouxanbanfauni, Currensy, J Cole, Royce, it doesn't matter -- as soon as I hear that bird whistle turned synth, I immediately am at peace. I just imagine riding in some southeastern state, in the humid heat, on a one lane country road taking in the nature and the hot sun with my windows down.

Ten80pee123 entertainment The sampler SP303 suggests specific workflows. I have it too and it naturally brings you to do few chops and loop them. Which leads you to the essence of hiphop: the break. Their exceptional taste and record collections made the rest. Dilla’s mother once said that during the Donut period at the hospital, he was specifically searching for breaks. Plus he added a kaleidoscope of sounds that he probably dubbed with pro tools. Similar cuts but with different colors and fabrics.
