AMON AMARTH - Behind The Scenes of "Deceiver Of The Gods"

MetalTV made its way all the way from the German capital Berlin to the middle of nowhere aka. Boitzenburg, to watch the mighty vikings of AMON AMARTH shoot a music video for their 2013 "Deceiver Of The Gods". The clip was produced as a feature track for the release of "Northmen - A Viking Saga", in which singer Johan Hegg made his acting debut as the character Valli. MetalTV got to see the Making Of the video and had the pleasure to discuss the upcoming movie with the violent gentleman himself, Johan Hegg.
In einem Dorfe des verschmähten kleinen Bruders Berlins haben sich die fünf kräftig prächtigen Wikinger AMON AMARTH versammelt, um das Musikvideo "Deceiver Of The Gods" abzudrehen, welches als Feature Track zum Release von "Northmen - A Viking Saga" Ende September erschien. Sänger Johan Hegg feierte darin in der Rolle des Valli sein gelungenes Debüt als Schauspieler. Vor der Atmosphäre der Klosterruine Boitzenburg hat #AxelOne die Drehpausen genutzt, um mit dem Violent Gentlemen persönlich über den Film zu sprechen.
MetalTV snitcht durch die Mäuselöcher und berichtet live, Backstage und V.I.P. von den Ereignissen dieses glorreichen Tages!

Its so weird to see Johan smiling hehe, I had the opportunity to meet the band back in 2012 when they came to Costa Rica after a great concert, and they were so serious XD, probably because they were tired... lol

Johan muss sich doch beim Dreh mega dämlich vorkommen: Alle spielen ganz normal ihre Instrumente, und er muss irgendwas in die Kamera brüllen, vor allem ohne Mikrofon😁

You have to strike away your favourite part if it gets in the way of the story.
