Time to have Dr. Gundry on. His new book “Gut Check” talks about Postbiotics so the organisms are dead, but the body takes “the instruction set” of the little organism and helps keep the biome healthy.

I agree...but Dr Gundry can come off as a little arrogant...he may not be good in an interview with Dr Hyman who is a more humble professional....Dr Gundry likes to shine separate from other "experts" in the field...just listen to them separately then deduce for yourself from their presentation...I like them both.

In 2022 to 2023 during a 10 month period I had four rounds of antibiotics after the fourth round within 30 days I was extremely lethargic. I developed chronic fatigue syndrome and shortly thereafter fibromyalgia I got on a fibromyalgia support group 7 months later and noticed that many people were getting better by taking probiotics I took a 12 strain, probiotic along with the digestive enzyme and within four weeks, 95% of my fibromyalgia pain was gone and I started sleeping much better. I tried switching to a 40 strain, probiotic, which actually inflamed my central nervous system, and made my symptoms. worse I switched back to the 12 strain and I’m doing better and regaining my energy for the first time in almost a year. I’m now convinced that my chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia were caused from antibiotics and leaky gut. However, I am still not able to digest beef, sugar, and wheat how do I find somebody that can help me find the bacteria that I need to get my gut back to normal

Research megasporebiotic. But start with low dosages, watch presentations on it. It’s potent, and if the state of your gut health is bad it can make it feel worse before it gets better, so tapering is important. I had a similar problem, had heaps of antibiotics and my gut was destroyed. I had overgrowth of klebsiella and two kinds of Citrobacter on top of E.coli. Very bad indigestion (liquid stools), gas, cramps literally all around my belly 🤦‍♀️ I started taking megaspore and literally the next day my stool has improved. Had a bit of constipation during the first week, but I had to drink more water to fix that and now I’ve been taking it for 15 days, pretty much all of my symptoms have improved. I’m doing the whole gut restoration protocol (3 months), but it seems like perhaps my problem wasn’t as bad as I thought it was. I will continue with the protocol tho regardless. Also during the first week my vaginal flora started changing, I had vaginal dryness for years and no one could figure it out why, I also had multiple internal ultrasounds on top of antibiotics, I now have learned ultrasound gels kill off vaginal microbiome. I had no idea megaspore could help down there. I’ve been buying all sorts of expensive broad spectrum probiotics up to 100billion CFU per
Capsule, but none of them had the effect I’m having with megaspore. 👍 I also added their myco product to get Candida overgrowth under control. Antibiotics ruin so much in the body it’s unbelievable 🤦‍♀️

I started taking this Seed DS-01. I'm hopeful . I have several medical issues, gut, heart, thyroid, Parkinsons, and more. Lord I'm just praying I'm on the right track, because I seem to not get satisfactory help from my medical team, so I'm venturing out to put more good bacteria than bad from different meds over the years from MD's . Almost done with month 2, with Seed, I notice some positive things so I will continue with these Seed symbiotic. It's the first probiotic, symbiotic that didn't cause terrible burning from stomach up esophagus and into my ears from such acid indigestion. I had been on Rx Proton pump inhibitors for years and it ruined my gut.. if I had only known this was to be only short term. 😔😔

What we don't ask about microbiome:
    1) not just what specific strains, but in combination with what Other strains are they beneficial? ( Because they are never isolated colonies)
    2) with what diets are we feeding them to study them?
    3) what age is the patient? Should we have same microbiome in all ages? Or it should adjust every time according to our stage in life?
4)what level of stress activates what reactions from these colonies?
    5) where are hidden antibiotics like in meat, fish, household cleaning products, toothpaste etc?
6)what role does race and genetic heritage play when examining microbiome needs?

So true, average physicians don't know where to start with the microbiome yet it seems to be the central way to boost our health.
I think we're moving into the age of AI to support biomedical industries and it's only through technology that we can begin to inspect the quality and health of the microbiome. I highly doubt any neurologist will start to take poo samples when they continue to use Nerve Conduction technology invented in the 18th Century.
Only with the accepted use of AI to highlight the intuitions we have can we shift any needles and make the microbiome the centre of healthcare. And even then, there are so many holistic factors impacting the quality that a medic will find themselves unable to diagnose any medications that work.
Alternative or 'new healthcare' is the future.

He grew up in Southern Georgia and his mom was a wonderful cook. He grew up eating Whole Foods but as he graduated college he lived off of pizza cheeseburgers, French fries and lots of fried foods steaks. He loved meat and the only veggies he ate were green beans corn, potatoes drank coke and smoked cigarettes.so he blows the healthy diet completely out of the water. Since marrying me a lot of that had changed because I make everything from scratch don’t do any ultra processed foods. 6 years ago he stopped smoking and now he does healthy shakes. He prefers to drink his veggies in a smoothie and take lots of supplements.

You can improve microbiome with fermented foods, along with kefir.
The kefir "grains", which are not really grains, in the sense as we understand, are available online.
They reproduce, and eating the extras are a huge benefit also.
The best ferments are cabbage, but any ferment has huge benifits to microbiome.
Many tutorials here on yt, for what to do, and how to do it.
Its good food, thats tasty also!

This is a very long ad for Seed in my estimation, for anyone seeing this before you start listening. I was getting super frustrated with his "answers" about how to evaluate probiotics and then they got to talking about Seed - of course he wasn't saying how to chose _a_ probiotic, he was advertising Seed. And I love how he started off by saying that if you live in a toxin-free "wild" environment with every possible whole food to eat you're "probably" OK.

Just like the microbiome in the rhizosphere (root zone) of plants, the PRESENCE of a potential pathogen does NOT necessarily indicate the presence of disease. Robustly healthy plants can actually cause would-be pathogens to become beneficial to the plant rather than disease-causing. Look up John Kempf. I’m sure this is probably true for the human microbiome, as well. Plants also have a complex immune system like humans do. They have multiple immune pathways, as well.

When I reached out to them, they stated they sent out an email a few days ago. I never received it, and I even looked in the spam/trash folder. Plus searched the subject line for “Another lunar rotation complete,” which they stated it was under. Even if they did send it, why would that be the description of a subscription being recharged? With their original email, she even said that no refunds are accepted, and I cannot return the product even if it is unopened. I just want to warn others to prevent them from being taken advantage of. I also want to mention, I would have totally understood if it was 90 days after my original purchase. But usually, 3 month subscriptions are exactly that 3 months. Not receiving it every month.
