In first movement when he pushed the guy.The opponent had his second hand free and the instructor had no defence on his face area at all. I have been doing boxing and mma for a long time and I want to investigate asian fighting styles too. and I'm just wondering. Is not leaving your defence this low really dangerous? Or how can you be sure that ur opponent will let you in his space so easily?

Check out his use of contact with the forearm on the pushing arm - he's using it to pressure into and affect the balance of the opponent as he enters. The idea is to compromise the opponent's ability to launch an effective strike (defensive) at the same time as entering with his own pushing strike (offensive)
