He says it's time to reflect and plan to do things better going forward accelerating the rate of change.

Wow he thinks so? Yes, its been transformed from an economy that worked into one that is dying. What change we need is to get rid of stupid things like BEE, EE, BBBEE or whatever and focus on things that bring some economic benefits. What we need is to get rid of the stupid ANC scum and get a government that can govern.
