You are actually seeing Anthony mackie's facial reaction in real life because Eminem did real life research on him and he sprung it on him right then and there he did go to a private school that's why he really looks stunned 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nah💀💀💀💀
He also lived at home with both parents too. How did eminem know.
Yeah I heard this.. Anthony asked him if he could hear his final battle and em said you’ll see. And waited until they shot it for his real reaction lmao
Oh that's a really good point, another good point is Anthony taught us it's easier to defeat Thanos than Eminem. Lol
Lmao 🙄😂😂
I get chills every time I hear those battles.
Rip proof!!!
Proof didn’t die.
@@HOODCHRYMER he did die in 2006 bro he was Eminem’s best friend. I think you got it mixed up because you believe he meant “future” which is Eminem’s best friend in the movie
8 Mile is actually one of the best movies ever. He won a damn Oscar for this movie. Lose yourself was the soundtrack for this movie. You HAVE TO watch it. It’s his life story in a nutshell.
I'm really surprised it's not considered among the classic must sees and that it isn't at the top of the list for movie reactions.
Lets not exaggerate XD It was a good movie, but it's not one of the best movies ever haha. It's in the top half for sure.
With some sprinkles! 90 percent is real😊
@@CCJDWhich parts are not correct? I'm asking because I don't know much about Eminem's life story.
For some reason “You don’t know what the fuck I been through!” Always hits hard for me
He won the rap battle cos he accepted what he’d been through and wasn’t scared that’s why he says tell them smth they don’t know about me - that hits me so hard and helps me in daily life
You kind of need to see the whole movie to get the end battles. The majority of the lines are referencing previous scenes and exposition from the movie.
You gotta watch the movie to understand some of the burns. It's basically a dirty laundry exposure contest in rhymes. Seeing the entire movie before this battles explains the animosity between him and the "Free world" group (bullying, back stabbing) . It also has a fulfilling cathartic feeling the way it concluded after all the sh!t he went through.
Agreed with the full context of the movie you understand just how utterly and completely he fucking destroyed them.
If you watch the movie, you'll see that Eminem wasn't trying to 'intimidate' his opponents with his staredowns. This takes place in the third act and he was just demonstrating they didn't break him, and he now has nothing left to lose. He'd already been jumped and beaten by them (his blackeye); one of them played his "girl" (Brittany Murphy) by pretending to have money and connections to the modeling industry in NYC just to have sex with her, then publicly humiliating both her and Eminem for it by telling the entire crowd what they'd just did; was discriminated against for being White by being made to wait outside in the parking lot in between rounds; and he'd gotten robbed by them earlier in the story too. They were a rap group called the Free World, and he had to go through all of them at the end.
He was showing them he's still going to keep coming back no matter how long it takes, or how difficult they try to make it for him. He's reminding them that in order to win, they've still got to dual him on the stage in front of everyone, and he's just going to keep coming back because there's nothing left for them to take from him at this point. It's just me vs you in front of everybody. Mano et mano; one on one.
What he's really saying is, *"Do you Free World guys actually have what it takes?"* Because I do. I know I'm better than all of y'all combined, and I'm going to smoke your asses if you ever jump up on this stage with me.
Another great reaction- well done! You are very entertaining.
Opinion: you understand Eminem well because he’s masterful at annunciating every syllable ultra clearly. Even when rapping at light speed (Rap God, Godzilla), he never sacrifices clarity of pronunciation. It’s why he’s a master of his craft!
It was decent
@@dipdippotatochip7312like you can do better
😂😂😂
"lame"? its actually a very good move. surprisingly so for a movie made as star vehicle. good story, good acting, and of course music.
I think you understand what Em is saying the most (in general) for a few reasons.
1. Em is really good at pronouncing words perfectly for the song.
2. He's not a mumble rapper
3. Probably partly because you kind of know his voice more now.
I'm not from English speaking region and I understand everything from Em. Even I understood when the movie was released back in the day.
@@rebellion-starwars Im not native english speaker either, and i even understand his fast rap god song
none of the dudes he battled are mumble rappers and they pronounced their words just fine...
... and knowing a person's voice doesn't have the doesn't consequences of not understanding what somebody else is saying...
@@bighomienate9807 never said anything about the rappers he battled...
And um yes, knowing someone's voice does help a lot. (I'm partly deaf and knowing their voice is a lot easier to understand over a stranger's voice. I know from experience and Iiterally live it.)
@@jax9763 wow that's crazy because I'm not half deaf and I understand folks just fine, must be your handicap...
then why bring up the fact that Em is not a mumble rapper? she said she can't understand his opponents, and you saying Em is not a mumble rapper implies that they are...
You need to listen to his song “8 Mile” It’ll give you more insight into this part of his life….similar vibes to Lose Yourself.
Still one of his best songs, and he made like a thousand of them and they're all fire lol
This right here. The actual song "8 Mile" is amazing.
Clarence thought that beating Thanos was easier than Eminem so he joined the Avengers
Eminem respects the English language and it’s a known fact he use to read the dictionary. So he knows words intimately and knows how they sound and how they can be bent and stretched to be fluid with other words. He is a literal wordsmith. He enunciates on words he wants to emphasize and to get his points across.
You can understand Eminem better because he's not only a rapper, he's a lyricist.
You know Eminem wrote the battle lines for his opponents right?
*8 Mile is such a classic! 😮💨🔥*
Absolutely love ur reaction and yes lose yourself is from 8 mile it's his biography of how he grew up with toxic mom and racism 💯
Reverse racism does not exist
It's not 100% based on his life like him having a little sister in the movie which in real life he didn't but a lot of it is close enough I guess, they changed a few things but yea
Loosely based on his life
As they say it is parts of his life and for some reason 🤷 he has a little sister in the movie instead of a littlebrother (Nate) like he has in real life who he helped raise and got custody over later in life
You should really see this movie 👌 and i would love to see a reaction to it as well 💝
Thanks for this one
Some of this people doesn’t have no clue of shit
your reactions are great! doesn’t feel forced you’re just vibing 😂 just subscribed !
I haven’t seen this video yet, but I guess she gets chills in the first 30 seconds before the reaction starts. 😂
@@dmoney697 😂😂
Hi so this is the real footage from 1997 of what this battle is based on … Eminem at the 1997 rap olympics .. this is where Eminem was spotted that ended up with him being signed with dr Dre the rest is history ruclips.net/video/BXajqCD8qvE/видео.html
He don’t blink. He don’t even nod to the beat
The ringer.
He don’t close his eyes when he sneezes lol
Tupac, DMX are also great writers and very passionate rappers. Unfortunately both of these talented men have passed on but their music lives in. Tupac's "Brenda's having a baby" and DMX's "Lord give a sign" will give you chills and maybe a few tears
“That a tank top or a new bra? Look! Snoop Dogg just got a fuckin’ boob job” makes me chuckle every time 😂
Aside from your reactions, you have a beautiful smile.
Having gone to school for digital audio, which half of was just sitting around talking theory and break down, I think Em is easier to understand is because of how he speaks and his natural tonality. His tone is higher pitched and distinct from the tracks, while most of the shown battlers kind of fit it, making their lyrics blend into the backtrack instead of standing out
" tell them somethin they dont know about me" what a way to end a battle
I love how you went from “I can’t understand what they’re saying” to “That was incredible, I’m going to scare some people like 😳”
😂🤣 you’re funny man 😆
😂
I think eminem brought a lot to hip hop. He proved that white ppl can rap! He has flow and lyrics like the masters!
The reason eminem was so good is because his best friend proof taught him how to flow
@@nasbofficial7796nobody gets big by themselves. everybody big needs many ppl to bring em up.
Where did you learn your history? There were hundreds of skilled white rappers before Eminem. Eminem is not great because he's white. He's great because he's great and was a student of Hip Hop and took it very seriously
What he did in the last rounds is exactly what Eminem did to MGK in Killshot, he made it so he could not respond or arg about anything
loved this! youre very comical kathyn, great movie aswell i love 8 mile😄
Seeing cases of levels of comprehension is good to see if they exist. Thank you for the efforts and relating the situation to us. Appreciation.-Ernie Moore Jr.
Yeah, you'll need to have watched the movie to fully appreciate the final rap battle. 70% of the punchlines are references to moments that happened in the movie prior to this
Your reactions so good, so honest, glad to watch these :) Eminem my favorite since when i was 13 years old.
You should of just done a reaction to the whole movie lol then you would understand the references in the battle 👌🏼
Hahha i really liked your reaction videos.. I'm watching all of them one by one.. you are amazing. As a stan i will say you're my fav reactor now❤️ I'm gonna follow subscribe to you right now.
actually Em wrote their and his verses for movie
Facts 👆 it is amazing😅
i have been an Em fan for years and years and didnt know this untill recently
I think Graig G wrote some verses as well em wrote his own
*Eminem & Brittany Murphy* get it on in this movie maybe you should watch it on your own time or even make a movie reaction to it
First, they should’ve made you watch this movie first to understand the context. It’s interesting how you have a hard time understanding the black rappers. I get it bc our vernacular is different. I had a friend tell me she had a hard time understanding me when i talked to my family. It’s made me more aware of the way i talk to people. It’s a cool thing to know that I speak differently than mainstream America. Thanks for your honesty.
Eminem is very clear with his raps!! The 🐐
I know its just a movie but I love this battles. I which say would make another movie like this, with more rap battles!
I dont know why but i took the comments of em staring him personally🤣 its a power move he shows no fear to them.
She was feeling it towards the end lol please watch the movie on your own time. It is really good!
The people in the crowd were just locals and weren't told how to act so their reactions are genuine.
He don't have to be intimidating, man's got a entire crew of the realest g's respecting him. That's a boss with a great smile 🚩
From what I gather, Emenem has small gaps between each sentence, 1 it allows the crowd to react! And 2 it gives his brain that small amount of time to think about what to say next 😊 he is!! And always will be a lyrical genius in my opinion 😊
Man that havoc beat just hits so perfect for that ending battle man. It’s wild. That’s def one of the top 3 best beats in hip hop history
I love the how he turned around the Leave it to Beaver reference.
You poor summer child you thought 8 mile was lame? Lmao it's a great movie!
Did I hear that correctly lol. “Anywhoville”
“He got jumped?” Yes. You should really watch the movie. It’s very good and maybe then you’ll understand the expressions Em was making and possibly not be laughing at them for no reason. Yeesh.
We all praying for a better mic!
This was Based of his True Story
A raper: I rap very well, because I rap the way I want to rap.
EM: No, you don't, because I don't do mumble rap.
This is the reason why a lot of the other musicians including rapers who try to diss EM are destroyed by EM.
3rd song is shook one's mobb deep amazing song mbb deep classic rap.
One of the greatest instrumentals in hip hop history
Love your reaction!
I like it when you say you understand him better. I think that’s Eminem’s strength. He tells a story to the beat with almost every song in a different way than others and adds a lot of jokes and little insults. By the way I love your enthusiasm.
Killshot reaction please 🔥
Id rather see her react to nail in the coffin lol
A+ reaction!! Subbed!
Hi, im from Estonia, i really like ur reactions and ur looks, u are stunning and i look forward to get ur autograph😊
I think you need to see the movie to understand what the oponants are saying to be fair. Absolutely worth a watch.
If you close your eyes and focus on the sounds you'll actually hear more of the words. This isn't a criticism, it's a trick that I learned from trial and error.
There are a few videos of this scene with subtitles in YT.
The 313 is the Detroit area code. Cranbrook is a rich private school in the suburbs, Farmington I believe. I'm from Detroit, just filling you in a bit.
Now that you know about RAP DEVIL check out KILLSHOT so you understand why MGK left RAP and still is suffering from that diss back by the way just FYI, MGK was a hardcore stan
Eminem has always been an articulate rapper. You understand words even when he goes fast
thanks for video.i love 8 Mile movie.
it also helps if you watch the whole movie. you'll understand what the ppl are saying more, because they're reference what happened during the movie. it's like when ppl react to a 10 min compilation of Friends or The Office when they've never seen any episodes... it's hard to get the jokes and characters when you haven't been following them.
6:45 that guy Eminem battles against passed away a couple months back.
Pani ma wielki urok osobisty.Osoba którą lubisz od pierwszej chwili.Good luck.😊
Flowers to the movie that introduced me to Mobb Deep (and taught me the area code of Detroit).
Lotto was on his ass tho 😂😂😂
Highly recommend watching the whole movie it's really good.
I thought everyone saw this when it came out lol
8 Mile Mobile home court is where he grew up. Thats where his mom lived.
It is a lot like any kind of music, it is hard to catch words and verses in more extreme musics I.E rap metal punk etc. it comes with time.
Exactly it’s all about practice
I want someone to edit this and have Makie turn around and say "I am Captain America now bitch" and hit Em with his shield
she is so cute❤❤❤
i think you really shoulded watch the movie first, to understand some things that they said, and the weight of Clarence chocking at the final battle, but anyways great reaction
You look so damn good! 😍😍😍 I love 8 Mile btw!
Why wouldn't you watch the movie in its entirety? Spoiler alert, he wins.
And why would you spoil it ?
Not good with movies
@@Msatty3 fair enough. look forward to your reactions regardless :)
Now you see why I don't sleep, not even a wink, I don't blink
I don't doze off, I don't even nod to the beats
I don't even close my fuckin' eyes when I sneeze
Eminem- The Ringer
love the video for going in blind was pretty awesome
My favorite movie 8 Mike
of all time classic legendary movie 🎥
I like the video reaction
How tf have u not seen 8 mile? 🤯 My grandma has even seen it lol
Lmao, let her discover Em.
@@baki577 Lmao Hell Shes so white She Didn't even know half of what they were Saying in the Battles 😅 But lemme Quit Playing
You know the movie won an Oscar right?
No the movie did not win an academy award. The song lose yourself won an academy award the following year the academy award was won by You know It's hard out here for a pimp
Hey Kathryn,Love your reactions and love more you putting yourself into new situations... Beautiful eyes and a very lucky husband girl.. nothing more said :)
What a great react !
That's the main reason why i suggested in one of ur other reactions to eminem video u should do a reactions to this movie bec the whole time what he is rapping about is what has been going on in the movie
the first scene he choked up on staged and so when he calls him a choke artist and says dont choke this time he means dont do what u did last time. and so they under estimated him based off of what happened before
It's Lotto in 2nd round not Hollow lol & Lickety Split in 1st round. Ending with Papa doc in final round who is the undefeated champion and leader of the gang "Free world" we see huddled together & supporting one another.
I think I could watch you blink your eyes forever and be happy.
This made him apart of the mcu
Seriously, you never saw 8 mile and think it’s lame?
She is so lame…. She just put excuses on her privileged…. What she in a bubble?? Really… you don’t really do reaction what whoever… lame
Greatest mic drop in the history of hip hop
"I dont understand" - Person that didnt watch the movie
I watched 8 Mile movie it's awesome 👍
I think I could look at your face for all eternity and be happy
I applaud you for trying to understand.
