You've been watching the Atlantic Rover Parts videos, haven't you? Excellent work though, thank you for walking us through the driveway/jackstand method.

Hey man! Wanted to thank you for doing this video, I ordered mine yesterday and feel very confident on doing this “advanced” upgrade because of your video.
    Thanks for sharing.

I love the painted wheels, I’ve got a 2001 Disco with the same setup.

Nice job on the lift! Just wandering..did you think about the brake lines at all?Did they need doing? Also what was the size of the new tyres you fitted again? Looking to do this on my td5 👍

Arron Madgwick the brake lines were a big factor with which lift I decided to go with. With this 2” lift you don’t need to get the brake line extensions and I have had no problems with it at max articulation. If you go with anything taller you will need to do the lines and just a word of caution you can’t bleed the brakes fully without a Hawkeye (or a equivalent obdII programmer) because the computer controls the valve. (Dumb I know)
Tires are 265/75 16 Falken Wildpeaks
Ah I wish we got the td5’s here in Canada!

I got the medium duty springs front and rear. Really like them and even with it packed sit's really nice.

Everything I've seen has said that the heavy duties are mainly necessary if you're running a huge load out; i.e. roof tent, jerry cans, full overland rig, and towing a heavy trailer.

The same kit is sold by many different vendors online and can also be purchased on eBay if you want international. But that link should give you enough to find it everywhere

They have been fantastic. Stiffer for daily driving, but I don't mind at all, its the way it should have came from factory. The clearance is way better, and handle much better off road.
