played this game 4 times and the only mission I had trouble on was the one where you get phils boomshine out of the burning warehouse, never had an issue with this mission until now lmao, I have $500 cause I kept buying my guns after the hospital
I could relate but tbh, I found this mission tough before I got to this video cuz this gave me an insight on where to actually apply the hose!

I had a problem with this mission too. All u need to do is get a fire truck before starting the mission and then, after u start it, u can just go to the house instantly cos u already have a fire truck. U ll save a lot of time and you ll easily pass the mission

I love how in the emulator version, seconds after the second car blows up, the mission is a failed guarantee, this is the only mission I wish can be skipped

On the emulator I always hit the cars away from the brothel so they explode far away ,it adds time 😂

A tip to make this very easy: get the truck and fail the mission, then try it again with your new-acquired truck, and then, aim the water jet below the arrows.

@Churchx77 Vice City Stories was originally developed for PSP and then ported to the PS2.
@Chelchak Achiga Marak psp version is much easier than ppsspp version of android tho
@Chelchak Achiga Marak Because on the Android they don't have a actually buttons like the PSP, it's only EMULATING it.
The easiest way to do this, is to come in at high speed, and ram the brown car away from the building. when it explodes, it does no further damage, and you can easily extinguish the second car and then the building. Aim just below the arrows.

This works. Come in from the side at full speed and smash both of those cars out of the way and you get a lot more time.

Here's an interesting trick: after picking up the firetruck, go to your nearest safehouse (the one in Haiti to be more specific), enter inside, and from that point you can pass the mission easily.

@@pentiummmx2294 GTA 3 is hard but even with that game I wasn't having trouble with the missions as early as I was with this game.

I was 10 years old when i beat this game all GTA's missions are really easy no exceptions, but now I'm playing it on a PSP emulator and I can aim without problem even if I can't see but the arrows just won't disappear, there is something wrong i don't get it FUUUUUCK
It's really easier to beat this mission on PS2/PSCX2, than on PSP/PPSSPP, because in the first case you can rotate camera and sprinkle at the same time, in the latter case you can't rotate camera. Did it at the second attempt on PCSX2, and it took me 10-15 attempts on PSP and PPSSPP to do this.
You can rotate the camera on PSP while not moving, just hold L and aim while sprinkling

Tip for ppsspp: lower your fps by increasing the resolution(i guess for some reason at 60 fps the girls life gets lower faster) and just focus in one single arrow, you gotta do one by one.
GTA VCS runs at 30 FPS, not 60

AG gaming230 no is not this mission is easy when you pass hose the hoes you there is so much hardest levels like high wire light my pyre etc :) i passed gta vcs 2 times
Tip: don't move your aim a lot, just reajust when you see the white/gray smoke disapear

I play ppsspp on my mobile, it is impossible to extonguish the fire, i keep play the mission again and again until i rage quit
The trick is aiming to the source (down) the fire, if you shoot only on the roof it won't work

I have gta vice city stories on psp .. it's the same as this but the problem is that when i am inside the fire truck , the fire truck doesn't go right or left it just moves straight! please help

Another way is to ram the two cars on fire as you are driving into the area with the truck, this will give you 10-12 seconds more to put out the remaining 5 fires.

just look for the white smoke and this mission is easy. took me a few tries to get used to it but its honestly easy once you realise how its done.
The flames are not getting extinguished and the cars explode too quickly

If you drive to the compound safe house instead of putting out the fires you skip that part of the mission and you just need to kill that guy

I dunno if it helps. But emmulators run on 60fps, if you can limit it to 30fps it could fix the problem. For peopkw playing on ppsspp

play it on psp which lacks second joystick which makes moving the camera hard

Can i give tips for ppsspp,first crash the Cars out of the area and you can splash the water with easy
This mission is pretty much impossible on pc, the girls die in under 60 seconds and the controls r so wack
Ppsspp version emulator on Android very hard to do just failed the mission and try it again with used fire truck it will save the time
If you're doing this on emulator: abuse those save states and figure it out through trial and error.
You're looking for white smoke. If you see white smoke, it's working. If not, readjust.
Plus emulators are the only way that GTA on the PS2 will actually treat you right without any fails and plus when I kept on failing on GTA LCS for PS2, that's when I broke my PS2 out of rage by punching it so hard after being treated like shit on GTA LCS after seeing enough of a fire truck or vehicles not spawning.

How to cheat this level:
When u get fire truck, just go to your save house at little haiti. Then try to go inside your house (u will automatic get a sniper).
Then snipper someone on the top building near the fire house.
