Have they given any indication of how long it will be before it’s available to the public? How far along are they? Did they only just *begin* shipping to backers or are they getting close to completing their fulfillments?
It’s available now, on their website, but I’m waiting for it to show up on Amazon. I want free 2 day Prime shipping, but mostly I prefer Amazon’s EASY returns or exchanges if I get a defective one. Divoom makes great products (I have a ton) but I hear their customer support is terrible. Arranging for an overseas return or exchange to HK (if they even respond) would be a nightmare. It’s a lot safer to use Amazon.
My pixoo max has just arrived and I'm trying to find in the app if there is a way to have an automatic schedule to turn on and off (for example it turns off when on 11PM when I go to bed) . It shouldn't be too difficult I think but I couldn't find it in the app.
So what you can do is make it somewhere else and then the app lets you import a photo which it can convert to pixel art. However, sometimes the pixels aren't aligned too well, so you may need to fine tune it a bit when you upload it. Hope this helps!
