Welcome to RC Model Hot air balloon racing, the only UK and possibly the only event of its kind IN THE WORLD is held just once a year - This is 2023's race highlights.

(2020 RC race)THE TOILET ROLL CHALLENGE
In this years competition, we have doubled down on both the distance required to win and the level of complexity required to complete the task, laying out a series of Scoring islands in the shape of the word FLY ! - miss the letters and land in the `water' land on the islands and score, the winner is the balloon / pilot who makes it furthest down the course and lands on an island.
Join us as we walk though the fleet of balloons, as they drift towards the targets and see who has the skill to navigate the course.

is it possible for the remote control hot air Ballon to throw a smoke tail with different colors to match the color of the balloons 🎈 🤔 💡 💸 💰

What are the requirements to qualify for this race, I have participated in Model Airship Regatta at Friedrichshafen Germany 2023 , came third. I have access to making these ballon systems if I get some guidance. Please help

FANTASTIC that is an event I would LOVE to go to - I'm working at the moment on organising the 2024 event which will be early in March if you think you would like to attend and meet some of the teams, we could talk about balloon building etc. I'm working on creating an e-mail listing page so people can get in touch more easily, for now can you e-mail me on [e-mail] maybe we can meet at this years event
