This movie has changed my perception. Grateful for all the people behind this movie. You guys are true soldiers of God. The enemy has their schemes that look like harmless and normal. The enemy is slowly indoctrinating the world to become Godless. Thank you Lord God, Lord Jesus for this awakening.

We loved this thought provoking movie! At the end, during the main character's interview about the book, I think his reaction to the question, "Do you believe in God?" Should have been, " I'm researching for the answer."
One thing that stood out was the entire presence of the shrink (Jordon) while he interviews Edward. He wasn't arrogant, he was professional...but how he came across at the end with Beck, his entire presence was so much different. Humble...humility. it was an entire difference.

An answer to my question I have been begging the Lord to help me understand was finally answered here recently. I asked him about why, here in America, there seems to be no power and only weakness. We are not seeing the things of the time of the apostles and Jesus said clearly that we would not only do what He did, but more. I have wrestled with that issue, Why. And he clear showed me because we are not doing one of the most important parts of the command to the disciples and that was Matthew 28:19-20 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” We have failed to make many disciples. We have not rooted and grounded the believers in the power of the word and therefore they go out as sheep among the wolves carrying no armor, because they were not taught and trained before going out.
Don’t underestimate God, He is working in America. Watch The Essential Church, He holds back evil and He is in control. Just focus on the cross and do your part.
I have been pondering and asking God this same thing! It's so encouraging to read what you've shared! I've thought that we have the same available Holy Spirit that Jesus promised the disciples, but I don't think we realize and understand what we have, and you have put another piece of the puzzle together for me! You're so right, we really need to be focusing on discipleship. I also think that we are so distracted with everything going on in our lives, and we need to hold each other accountable in small home Bible study, prayer and fellowship like the early church, and through small close groups, invite people to the small group time, which is hopefully more open than inviting to church. I don't know, I'm still wanting to learn how to talk with people about Jesus, and feel it use to be easier than it is now. People have a very negative idea about Christians and church, that didn't use to be 20 years ago. I'm wanting to learn how to interact and talk about spiritual things with others, because the way that was years ago has changed. I'm open to ideas if you have some that are working for you! 👍🏽❤

I'm Catholic and am engaged in skirmishes in my own neck of the woods. That said I wanted to let you know that in Catholic literature accounts exist of the Saints who had clear visions of Hell, Purgatory and Heaven. All one, in my opinion, needs know regarding what Angels think on the topic is found in the Book of Tobit. Now, that would be a box office smash! I bet that the enemy would have a Battle Royale with any film makers on that one. Or the scientific evidence recently uncovered with the Tilma of Our Lady of Guadalupe; findings only able to be uncovered in Our Time. Ditto with the Shroud of Turin and the Sudarium of Oviedo. May have spelled that last one wrong. The story of how the scientists found these irrefutable scientific evidence and their journey of faith. I think your road is infinite in choosing how to Glorify God! I shall keep you in my prayers.
What he seemed to reflect, was that he is not a follower of Christ. That is just how I read his responses. If he is, it isn't obvious. I was so pleased to hear how profoundly moved he was when they prayed for him. Perhaps this leads him to Christ. I am unaware that Sean Patrick Flannery, the other actor being a believer in Christ either. I cannot say, obviously, for certain. That is just how it seemed to me with Jordan Belfi.
The only thing that bothered me about the movie, it seems like it was trying to say that man has no say it their own actions. Can a demonic possession make a human do evil things, yes. Clearly the Bible talks about the demons trying to make the boy go into the fire, and several other examples. But, most sin is the free will of humans, who choose to carry out the evil suggestions of the enemy. We cannot blanket, “the devil made me do it” no, your free will detached from a moral compass made you do it…
I don't think they hint the devil made people do things. Until James said yes to the devil. The devil can't pocess him. Though, he did committed 3 murders even before the evil owns him. When James said God help me. The gun miraculous did not fire three times. Human do have free will, and if we turn to God, God will keep us. But not for the ones who have treated themselves to the devil. They become part of the devil.
How much can we pray away the written word for the end times? Wouldn't it be better to ask what God intented by allowing us to venture, at less, to the beginning of the wrath to come. Our works will propably not overright the written word reguardless of our good intent.

Wow So my first question is how do I get to see this movie I live in Zimbabwe africa and the only way of me seeing it is on some media outlet .... but I am very cautious of subscribing or joining many of them as of I have no ability to pay where payment is required I have no money outside of Zimbabwe no bank transfere possibilities So have to wait years until it becomes old or someone personally sends or down loads or ? My second question is on one hand I agree we need to better know and understand the war our enemy but on the other where does Jesus put consistent attention to that I am concerned the devil given any glory significance place or opportunity Lastly it struck me hard that so far there has been no push back but acceptance and praise my thought is that if something is offending the kingdom of darkness is advancing the kingdom of God is good then it gets a full on attack

Sean Patrick Flanery is so superior of a actor in this movie that the producer should have search for an actor to his equivalent for the part of Dr. James Martin. Jordon Belfi was so out of his league and really came across so unexperienced that it was quite embarrassing, especially the smoking scene were so amateur and hard to watch. As well the actor Tom Ohmer who played the Warden should have never been chosen for the part, he as well need more thespian training. Old Glen Beck performed his part excellent, much better than both we mentioned. All and all "Nefarious" with Sean Flanery was a good 8 out of 10.
Disagree m8. Jordan portrayed the part excellently. Begins the movie as a confident, somewhat cocky doctor, by the end, all that has been stripped away. The execution scene is very well done. The actor who played the warden has been playing parts like that all his career, so he was a safe choice. SPF was amazing in this role and I think any actor opposite would have struggled to keep up.
