- These are my Case Mahogany Bone knives plus a few extra that don't actually belong in the series. This is probably my favorite series by Case. There is just something about the color of the bone that I love!

Killer blades brother!! I ended up buying 2 of the mahogany Soddy's cause my youngest son stole my 1st one!! LOL!! That dye job you did turned out fantastic!! Man, that's perfect!!
I love this series! It's probably my favorite from Case. The Sodbuster looks even better in person. Leather dyes were used, they work great on many natural materials.

Thanks Pete! I just love the looks of this series and the fact that they are carbon steel. I got lucky with these when I got them. The fit and finish is excellent on every one!

I like the Mahogany colored series also. I have that same trapper as well as the elusive sod buster jr. 😉
It's a great series. I love the color and carbon steel. I couldn't find the Sodbuster Jr., so I had to take care of that myself. I think the dye job turned out excellent! Next is going to be a 75 pattern large Stockman. I have an amber peachseed in carbon steel that will be perfect for it. There never was a large Stockman in the series, there will be soon 😂
quite the collection. i think i like the darker colors better for sure.
I love the reddish brown bone that Case uses on these plus they are carbon steel so the blades take on a nice patina as they are used.

I am very happy with how the dye job worked out. The Large Stockman is next! Your right! the amber bone does kinda look like a scab......a booboo thumb scab! 😂🤣😂
