When I went to my first Sturgis Bike Rally we stayed the whole week at "Downtown Sturgis RV Park". We had a spot on the upper level just below the big white letters that spell Sturgis. It is a fantastic RV site.

Great review Andrew, your reviews improve each post, looking forward to the next one. We stayed at Whistler Gulch back in 2000, transportation provided to downtown casino, we had a great time in Deadwood.

Excellent review Andrew. We stayed at Elkhorn last year a week before the Rally. It is by far the nicest RV park in the Sturgis area. We then stayed at Shade Valley RV park open during the Rally. Is just past the Chip on the same road. All site are huge and they have everything there you could need. If you have expensive equipment I suggest staying away from the party rv parks during the Rally as some patrons can get out of hand and have no respect for others personal property. Next time out to Sturgis for us we will stay at Elkhorn right through the Rally.

Absolutely! We will say a prayer for you! I sold the condo through an auction company and was really surprised at how much money my condo brought at auction. A friend of mine that is a Fountain Hills realtor said he wouldn't have been able to bring that much money for those terms if he had listed the house for 6 months. I have the auction 3 days after Barrett-Jackson went all of the money was in town so that helped sell it. if you are not able to sell the house soon, you may want to consider trying that route just to see what real money it would bring. I dealt with the Larson auction company and went to school with his kids at Fountain Hills schools. Really good people.

You wouldn't believe what we're resorting to here trying to keep our Motorhome cool.
Praying that a buyer comes soon!

@@cindyrose5414 I Can only imagine, my rig has three AC units and was working overtime to barely keep it cool when I was there in early June. unfortunately sometimes having a realtor that you really like can be a curse if they can't get your property sold. I liked the auction idea because I didn't have to accept whatever the final offer was. The auctioneer knew what my expectations were and it worked really well. I was happy to sell it at wholesale so I didn't have to continue to pay maintenance and mortgage for another year. Sometimes it's better to just sell it at wholesale because it can cost you more in the long run maintaining the property. Not to give you unsolicited advice, just went through the same thing myself so thought I would share exactly how I did it. Too funny that we are both from FH.

@@RVingwithAndrewSteele I looked up Larson Auction, I'll keep them in mind for sure!
My realtor is doing everything right, she's working hard, it's a matter of time...and patience.
I bought the house 13+ years ago at the height of the market, then I gutted it and sunk $100K into it.
At it's current listed price, I'll still be losing @ $70K....I can't afford to lose more. 😢
The entire house is granite, travertine and marble! Tons of granite. $339K is the selling market right now.
Plan B is to move back in. 😔
      Praying for a buyer. 🙏🙏🙏

Gee, why didn't you mention Eagle's" dump" campground . Is it's lack of signage so you know where it is? Or the lack of level sites, or the lack of internet or cell service?? How about a lack of other services.

Every park is in a different price range, and they all have different sites that are different prices. I thought about including that in the video but it was way too much information to try to cram in there. Also pricing and availability is also subject to change.
