I’m just so glad I didn’t watch this before buying my Bugaboo Ant Stroller. We have it for 2 years now and we loved it. You need to REALLY use the ant to know how convenient and easy to use. We use it as a cart (we take out the seat and lay it flat so we can put stuff on top of it) if our baby is not using it and wants to walk around. When you get inside the plane, they will make you fold it “as a fake luggage” because you cannot put your baby on a stroller when boarding anyway so i really don’t see a problem with it folding like a fake suitcase/luggage.
I don't need a stroller anytime soon but I can't stop watching your videos because I absolutely love how you explain everything ! And your sense of humor ofc
Cybex Libelle is a great stroller for what it was designed for. I love that it’s so small so I can take it to the plane without any problems. It’s in my car all the time so when I need to go shopping it’s super convenient, light and very easy to open and close. I actually tested it also in the park and it managed really well. Obviously I wouldn’t take it for a very bumpy road, for that I have baby jogger city elite.
I have the GB Qbit LTE (not mentioned in this video) and it’s truly amazing! Its been through 3 kids, it fits behind the passenger seat right under the car seat so it’s ALWAYS handy when I need it, folds and unfolds with the click of a button, and super lightweight!
After three of experience using Silver cross Jet 2 i give 5 stars easily . Used by my two daughters & both loved it. We travelled more than 5 times and it has done it’s job up to it’s expected to do
Cool vid, and well funded critiques. As an owner of the gb pockit I do have to say it made a lot of things possible for us. We can go on a three week camping holiday with two kids in just a small car, I can strap it to the front of my bike and go to the zoo per bike with my baby and toddler, we were able to go on holiday by plane with only hand luggage. I've had it for 3 years now and it holds up pretty well.
I just ordered 2 pockit + all city since we will soon be traveling and look specifically for as compact as possible. not to be used everyday to go jogging in the woods.
I own the gb pocket and I love it specially when I had to travel by my self with my baby I was able to use it inside the plain fold it and put it under my seat. And even used it in a country with dirt roads and I will use it again with my next child ☺️
I had Libelle, absolutly loved it. Felt a bit wobbly now and then but overall did the job, it was intended for. Forgot it on the side road and was gone, when i came back for it 😢.
"I'm not going to explain why rolling your stroller as a fake suitcase instead of rolling your stroller as a stroller is stupid" That's gold Jerry, GOLD!
Same here! We love our Bugaboo Ant!
I have a cyber libelle for 1.5 years and it is good as new. I use it daily for commute (going up and down subways with a toddler and a compact stroller) and strolling at parks in New York. No loose screws and still sturdy.
For my needs my fave travel stroller (after researching and testing out quite a few) is the Redsbaby Skip. Why? Lightweight 6kg and neat small fold (chunkier than the yo-yo but smaller than the Minu) folded 27x45x50 Great good size seat - deep enough with a slight incline so child doesn’t slip out, 48 cm backrest, FLAT recline and adjustable leg rest - since my child often falls asleep in her pram this gave her a long flat area to sleep on so this was important to me. Very sturdy and stable with accessible decent sized under basket. Narrow frame width 45cm (can go through any turnstile at train station) My child can get in and out easily by herself. Comes with shoulder strap and soft drawstring case/bag. Holds up to 20kg and my kiddo still fits in it at 4yrs old. I did try out others (Yo-yo, MB Nano, Sivercross, Minu, Joie Pact, Maxi Cosi) and more) in the store but I found many travel strollers had either shallow seats or the backrest in the upright position was too “laid back” for my child or else she would slide forward (without the harness on). Many of them have very short seat backs (40-43cm) and only a minimal recline. The only other one that fitted what I was looking for was an Easywalker but I liked the Skip better. Disclaimer- this was a few years ago.
We have a Silvercoss Jet and are more than happy with it. I get that most important thing for you is build quality, but I personally like the "fake suitcase" design and find it much more convenient than having to carry more on my shoulders/back when travelling. The compact strollers that you recommended in you other video are either way too expensive or too big to carry on on some airlines, so they aren't practical for what we want to use it for.
I am thinking to buy a Silvercoss Jet as well but I am concerned about the angle of the backrest. Does your child sit comfortably in it? My son constantly leans forward and holds onto the bar if the the backrest isn’t straight up. All lightweight pushchairs seems to have the backrest in odd angle. Thanks.
Another option is the Iglesina Quid as it has the handle to pull the stroller around as well as a side handle. The thing that kept me from the Jet was its cross bar in the back storage area that prevented you from placing a small bag into it. But with the Inglesina, it's open and so much more accessible.
Im glad i didnt watch this before buying the bugaboo ant. Its awesome little stroller-- the wheels are actually bigger than the yoyo and it pushes and turns way better too.
Thank you for saying this! I've watched so many reviews bashing this stroller for no reason. After a thorough research I bought it and I'm sooo pleased with it. It rides smooth, my baby is comfy in it and folding/unfolding can actually be done with one hand if you get the hang of it and go step by step in the correct order which mamy people simply don't! Sure there are things to improve but there isn't a perfect stroller to fit them all :)
For some people all of these trade-offs are worth it though to be able to store a stroller in micro-appartments or small cars. In that case the point is entirely moot. Unless you have better design options to offer for the kind of prices the audience of these products is aiming.
The only cheaper option here is the Libelle (where the Baby Jogger City Tour 2 is my go-to budget choice that matches it price-wise). As far as size is concerned, these are already ultra-compacts right? :)
The problem is - the ones you do recommend are always a couple of centimetres too wide to be accepted as a carry-on for the airline I most frequently need to fly with...
Very interesting video! Thanks for sharing. That being said, I've used the gb pockit for years and it's a sturdy little thing. Also the super compact fold helps with tiny domestic airlines. I definitely would skip the ant though based on this.
I’ve had an ant with my first child and at that time I hate this stroller because of really hard folding. When you are alone with your not-standing child in the airport control gate this was a real problem to fold it with two arms, I hadn’t any arms to carry my baby, it has awful. But turning back I can say, that this stroller was beautiful and eye-catching, people always asked me about it. For new born child it is cozy because of its small size and looks very nice. I’m a little bit upsad, that I sold it. Now for the second baby I’m going to buy yoyo, but ant will be good too, I just don’t want to repeat
The only useful thing about how small the pockit folds is for families who throw it in the basket of a double stroller if a third child gets tired lol!
Hi, I found your vid looking for a stroller that won't tire me out on long walks please, I am a very petite mom. I don't wanna do air filled wheels again as the one suddenly went flat and I was almost stranded. I don't go hiking I just walk alot and quite far at times 🙏 I look forward to it, thank you.
I don't understand the constant mentioning of the Ant's handle as being fiddly. It's the way it is designed to extend makes it moving this way. I own Doona car seat and Nuna Mixx travel system and their handles behaves in the exact same way. It doesn't make these products any less sturdy and so is the case with the Ant!
Omg totally agree!!! I say add the child, bags and anything else in the stroller and see which one manuevers better.,, the strollers that seem wobbly do! I have a nuna too and my friend has an uppababy vista… so glad I didn’t get the uppababy.
I don't wanna waste my money .my baby is 11 months old.i have 3 in one bt that's big enough for my lift cz it doesn't fit in the lift now I need a compact stroller .which one u recommend .
Love your videos and honest (and technical) thoughts. I paid attention to all these details when purchasing prams and everything you say are thigg by gs that I thought myself. Everyone thought I was insane to go in that much details haha glad it’s not just me.
The bugaboo ant is awesome… but I do have a love hate relationship wiht it… but it’s not that you roll it around as a suitcase but when ur ready to put it overhead you roll it down the aisle like a suitcase. I disagree in that I love the reverse seat and chose it because of that.
agree, we have had it for over a year and taken it places a full size stroller would struggle with. it’s proved to be bombproof and simple and easy to use.
@@annekulit2854 I would highly recommend too! We mainly use the ant instead of our nuna. Ow because our is older and walks more. So convenient and compact. I think I remember the video saying that the and feels not sturdy… but I realized after trying other friends stroller… esp the uppa baby… the reason why it feels wobbly is so it pushes easier… almost like shock absorbers … the uppa baby after everything that was loaded so much harder to maneuver. Now as far as loading space… not too much… so when we go Disneyland we still take the nuna.. I have another friend that has the yo-yo and she loves it too. But I like the rear facing mode of the ant… it comes in handy esp when he falls asleep.
@@annekulit2854 one more thing, if you get the ant I would recommend getting the leg/foot extender attachment. When folding it down it doesn’t need to be removed … I wonder why they didn’t include it in the first place?!
Thanks for this very helpful video. I am looking for a stroller. My kid is 13 kg. I have a Topmark Jay and I am not happy with it. I am looking for a new one.
I have 3 strollers for my 2 children. 1st stroller is a 2 person stroller one seat for newborn car seat. And the other for a toddler. The 2nd stroller is for the newborn car seat to set on. The 3rd stroller is a Mickey Mouse stroller with Mickey Mouse hood. The 1st stroller was 200 dollars my 2nd stroller was 120 dollars and the 3rd exactly 100 dollars.
We have the mountain buggy nano and love it. The only downside for me (using it as a travel stroller) is that it's a two-handed fold. Other than that it's great and good value for money. :)
@@Nausithoe88 I actually ended up by the silver cross and went to Europe for 4 weeks and the stroller was absolutely amazing!!! Def recommend now for my 1 year ild
Just get the smallest one you can and check if it is cabin size approved. We had a babyzen and it was perfect. You put it in the bag and it's so small you just put it in the top cabin on the plane.
They did a review of the joolz hub plus, it's a good sturdy design if you are looking for a compact stroller. Love all their reviews, they are very informative. They have more video's about smaller stroller. Also get their guide, it's good 👌
Hmmm it looks good and compact. But usually the ultra compact you dont wanna use them as daily strollers. I have evenflo xpand as daily stroller and a jet2 when in a pinch.
Joolz Hub is like a ‘heavy duty’ compact stroller. I absolutely love mine and great for smaller/petite frame people and those who live in very tight areas.
Yes, several :) The most recent would be the positive half (5 out of 10) of this video: ruclips.net/video/jLM9UJUdL24/видео.html . But there are other good models as well. You might also like this video: ruclips.net/video/HBFoOVI8zsU/видео.html
I own Doona car seat and the Bugaboo Ant. We have it for 5 years, and still love it. Bugaboo ant has too many steps for a travel stroller but it has many features, and I’m thinking of getting the 2020 Silver Cross Jet because I need a compact and small fold stroller. It depends on your needed tho
I was looking at the bugaboo. Too many steps for a compact, travel stroller. It has to make your getaway stroller and partner in crime life easy. Innovating this stroller way too complicated and costly just doesn’t make it an easy stroll down the park. My wife was looking at the GB. More joint aluminum frame connections and I can’t get pass the fold and especially that vertical...,bike bars lol!
Yes, absolutely. But not until it hits the stores and I can buy it myself and make fun of it if I find something wrong with it. :) Note that I've already seen it in person via a coffeeshop meeting with the Nordics Bugaboo Rep (and I'm 99% sure from that meeting that its a solid top-end model), but I still need to actually get the chance to take it apart a bit before making a full review. :)
Currently watching your videos. my son is only 7 months but its on the 98% in everything. I want a lightweight travel stroller that can support his weight and a good seat with good height. I have looked at a lot of them but can't settle on one because they all have one or two flaws that can't be fix. The ant is a horrible design in my opinion and not worth the hustle.
It varries a bit, but most strollers take 22 kg in the seat, and very few go as low as 15 kg. A 15 kg child is generally 4 years old, which means they're too big to fit in a lot of stroller seats anyway. So, in short, they all pretty much handle enough weight, but seat size is a more limiting factor. :
What stroller would you recommend that's not huge and bulky and take a ton of room in your trunk that would last even up to a five year old and the option to hold a Cybex car seat thank you for your help
Maybe. But isn't fitting in the overhead compartment kind-of enough though? I had one commentator who said the Pockit+ was perfect for a trip to Japan where he tied it atop a backpack and used it to explore temples on mountain peaks - that I get, anything else though, why not buy the Tour2 or the Yoyo and have something with a bit more durability? :)
@@BarnevognverkstedNo not always, you are permitted one item underneath the seat and one item in the overhead. I prefer to have a larger personal bag go in the overhead and oftentimes the overhead bins fill up, so in my opinion being able to put my bag in the overhead and the stroller under the seat is a big positive
@@viertelasiatmost people would disagree. You need your personal bag and snacks and goodies to be accessible under your seat within arms reach. Stroller up top bin. This makes sense for most people. Hiking around the mountains with a stroller on your back...also does not make sense.
Bugaboo ant is a big regret buying. All the accessories have to be purchased separately. On top of that they stopped making most of the things. It's just a waste of money. My handle doesn't lock in properly when I adjust the height. Mechanism seems flimsy. Spent too much money on this rubbish. Now looking for a better one. I'm short so I bought it mainly because of rear and forward facing seat. Its small and the height adjust is perfect for my 5' petite self. Other then that it's rubbish
I'm not going to explain why rolling your stroller as a fake suitcase instead of rolling your stroller as a stroller is stupid.....well if u travel alone with a baby you will understand! I think to travel all of the strollers r good, not for 365 days to use n all of them ve guarantee if something brakes. it between on the price how much u r ready to spend n after all the travels u can always sell it for a good price! Most important is that u r as much comfortable on the travel with u r little one ;) so if u need to carry ur baby n u ve a backpack its is much easier to pull ur stroller us suitcase that to push it in front of u with one hand. n to Cybex Libelle...not all airplanes ve the same cabin luggage size. so it would be useful n cheaper for some flights if u can fold ur stroller like origami.
Do not get Jet Stroller!! The chair on the stroller slants forward and once your child is out of diapers it is very uncomfortable because all the pressure is on their crotch. I reached out to this company to help solve this matter and they were not helpful at all. Do not get the stroller if you plan to use it eventually with a toddler.

So what stroller do I buy if I’m going on vacation because these 3 were on my list 😩😩😩
Sameeeeee 😂
We have the mountain buggy nano and love it. The only downside for me (using it as a travel stroller) is that it's a two-handed fold. Other than that it's great and good value for money. :)
Ardita Kukaj the strollers are totally fine. His other reccomendations aren't as compact as these 3. Go for the silver cross jet 😊😊
Thank you for your honesty view!
What about the beemo easyfly lux 4 ?
What about the Evenflo gold Otto self folding Stoller?
What compact strollers would you suggest?
They did a review of the joolz hub plus, it's a good sturdy design if you are looking for a compact stroller. Love all their reviews, they are very informative. They have more video's about smaller stroller. Also get their guide, it's good 👌
Joolz hub is nice but not as compact as these 3.
@@ChiefComplaintX was looking at the colugo compact stroller? I get lots of ads for them lol
Soooooooo which one would you choose for light weight travelling 🤷🏼♂️🤦♂️where are the other suggestions ??
surf the channel a bit dude. :) These videos may help:

Hi again! I am so torn between the Inglesina Quid2 and Babyzen yoyo2. Can you help me decide, please?
I would love a Babyzen, but they are incredibly expensive in my country. So if you can go for that get it!
Do you have a video of compacts you recommend?
Yes, several :) The most recent would be the positive half (5 out of 10) of this video: ruclips.net/video/jLM9UJUdL24/видео.html . But there are other good models as well. You might also like this video: ruclips.net/video/HBFoOVI8zsU/видео.html
Which holds more than 50 kg?
What do you think if the joie tourist? Can you make a video please
Pretty much the same as the Pact (you can see our review here: ruclips.net/video/F331x3bqnQ8/видео.html ), but we may get to it in the future. :)
Can you do an review on the new bugaboo butterfly ?
Yes, absolutely. But not until it hits the stores and I can buy it myself and make fun of it if I find something wrong with it. :) Note that I've already seen it in person via a coffeeshop meeting with the Nordics Bugaboo Rep (and I'm 99% sure from that meeting that its a solid top-end model), but I still need to actually get the chance to take it apart a bit before making a full review. :)
I’m looking for a cheaper compact to fit in a smart car
is there a compact stroller that has adapters for maxicosi?
Most ultra-compacts do acually. Maxi-Cosi uses the same adapter as Cybex. :)
Please help indy2 or cruiser ? I have an oyster and it’s a pain in the ass
I´d love to see a review from you on Anex Air X compact stroller.
What are your thoughts on maxi cosi the Lara?
Currently watching your videos. my son is only 7 months but its on the 98% in everything. I want a lightweight travel stroller that can support his weight and a good seat with good height. I have looked at a lot of them but can't settle on one because they all have one or two flaws that can't be fix. The ant is a horrible design in my opinion and not worth the hustle.
go for yoyo2
My exact issue. My baby is 7 month
I really dislike my gb pockit it felt so unstable when using it and she just didn’t sit right in it. I was bummed cuz I liked the fold!
Can you compare the new silver cross clic and the jet?
We'll keep it in mind for the future. :)
Can you please do a review of the Contours Bitsy elite?
I'll keep an eye out for it and try to do a review in the future. :)
What about Hamilton X1 or R1, please?
These aren't easily available in Norway unfortunately, but I'll definitely keep an eye out for them in the future. :)
how much weight it can handle ?
It varries a bit, but most strollers take 22 kg in the seat, and very few go as low as 15 kg. A 15 kg child is generally 4 years old, which means they're too big to fit in a lot of stroller seats anyway. So, in short, they all pretty much handle enough weight, but seat size is a more limiting factor. :
very helpful videos
What stroller would you recommend that's not huge and bulky and take a ton of room in your trunk that would last even up to a five year old and the option to hold a Cybex car seat thank you for your help
None of the compacts support car seats. You’d need to look for a click and connect type stroller built for car seats only.
@@psychicdiva4907 The cybex Libelle does take a Cybex car seat actually.
@@psychicdiva4907 all of them support a car seat, as far as I know...
Gb pocket can fit under an airplane seat.... There is definitely a use case for it
I need a tiny stroller that fits in the back of a VW Touran with all 7 seat in use and the pockit was my first option... any recommendations???
We ended up getting the Pockit+ All City because we needed the ultra compact fold too but also something more studier than the original Pockit.
I have a bitsy contour stroller which I use over my full size nuna 😱 I honestly like it a lot better
So you just talk negatively about products but don’t offer alternatives? 🙃
He has a buyers guide on his patreon (his pinned comment) and this whole channel is dedicated to evaluating strollers.
There is alternative in different video with best / recommended strollers
Smacking down the baby products. 😂
But thanks for standing up for what you believe is bad design in hope of making a positive impact.
Thanks, that's the goal. :)
Gb pockit vs libelle. OFCOURSE LIBELLE!
Bugaboo ant is lasting us 2.5 year and it's really sturdy.
Gb is the worst I just return mine after a couple weeks of use.
Have you don’t any long tern uses of this with a child?
Great.
I love my Pockit GB
True and funny 😆
A New Life
Why are you speaking so fast ? 🤔
You know and care too much about strollers, sir.
Brooooo you clicked on this video. A stroller is a good thing to obsess over. It involves babies. 😂
Would you write such a comment under women's channels?
There are experts in all types of fields okay. One day you might find his knowledge on strollers useful.
