Zero to ADU Cost Update - 906sf Owner Build

Building this 906 SF 2b 2b ADU myself and documenting along the way. I have almost 10 years of building experience and this is my biggest project so far. I've worked on a lot of remodels, built a Junior ADU as an owner builder, and now this. I've hired help for the Architectural, Engineering, Pool Demo, slab Concrete Finishing, and Electrical Meter Swap but otherwise I have built this completely by myself aside from a few days when a friend gave me a hand with something. I got permits around January 2024, got the foundation poured in May, and quit my job at that time to finish this build. I'm hoping to complete by February or March 2025.
