    One of the most motivating things I heard recently was neuroscientist David Eagleman who has done brain scans on people learning new tasks . He proved that whenever you take on a new task, your brain will join in with and split the task 50/50 by providing the necessary neurons every single time.

      Good to hear it mate, that hardest part is just getting out the door sometimes. Removing the obstacles helps, like having all your kit laid out by the bed before you sleep. It’s little things like this that can add up and before you know it, you’re doing 15mile bike rides hours before everyone else has started to stir.

Whatever happened to my head during these 2 years, I seem to have completely lost the will, the control and the capacity to go beyond. Any advice?

    • @joebradley1239
      @joebradley1239 Год назад +4

      My advice would be to recognise that these thoughts are only thoughts and we have the power to control them.
      Break down whatever it is you are struggling with to its simplest form. Let’s say it’s a 1 mile run. The first week walk 100m, the next run 100m then 200m. Or at the rate in which you feel not overwhelmed. Slowly but surely, progress over perfection you will start to overcome these barriers.

    Great video guys (5 years of failure), not full of marketing bull...t but real life experiences and knowledge, nothing is ever going to run entirely the way you think it is. It is only through trial and error that we truly learn what works for us and what doesn't . Just because something doesn't work out as you thought it would doesn't make YOU a failure, it is only through trial, error and adapting can we move forwards . Keep up the good work and thanks for keeping it real.

    I have found that only way to grow and achieve is to push yourself out of your comfort zone and do things that you may not like, and even hate doing. I personally hate air travel, not so much as the act of flying but the endless hassles of it. Yet, overseas travel is high on my list of priorities, and I just "suck it up," do what I need to do to get there, and I am where I want to be. I have been to Dubai twice, the Bahamas twice, and the UK once.

My last trip to the United Kingdom was London-centric, so I will make a point of limiting London to one week, and the spending time in other areas. I have never been to Scotland or Wales.
