this whole thing reminded me of my late grandmother's bed and breakfast. the building was three floors and absolutely huge with a grand foyer and formal dining room as well as a sitting room. watching you decorate this house brought back memories of my childhood and the times I spent there in the inn. I love the house so so much, thank you simlicy
Love your build! It reminds me of my childhood house which was surrounded by a bunch of stunning victorian homes that I always stopped to look at whenever I walked from our house to the town center. Always have been a big fan of victorians and you've done a great job with capturing their unique style
I don't have Vitage Glamour but I did buy Spa Day Yesterday. I can't afford all the packs because if I bought them all I would be a little bit broke. So having base Game build is so nice keep up the great work!.

I’d love to see a video where you breakdown how you build! It’s so interesting that you start with just the front and then the roof and go from there. I’ve tried to imitate it but it’s so hard! Do you draw out plans??
This is lovely! I’m surprised more people don’t have stuff packs actually, because of the Origin “custom bundle” option. It’s the most affordable way to buy packs, and even better when there is a sale. The custom bundle has to be, 1 expansion, 1 gamepack and 1 stuff pack - and outside of sales, you basically save $10 over buying them separate. Which is the price of the stuff pack. So basically you are getting the stuff pack free when you buy the bundle. I was actually sad when kits essentially replaced stuff packs because of this. Kits are expensive for what they are and have yet to have a sale or be part of an Origin bundle. I have all the stuff packs at this point, so I can’t use the custom bundle option anymore.
my toxic trait is thinking i can do this even tho i've only been playing sims for a week now for the first time in my whole life lmaooooo you are soooooo amaaaazing, love all your creations!!!!
You could probably turn those windows up top into a makeshift attic for the sims! Usually that’s what happens in real life when unusable rooms have windows 😊

The one downside to having two doors to a bathroom is that Sims like to use it as a hallway and will walk in on other Sims who are using the toilet or shower 😂
It's a great build, and nice floorplan overall. I think I would have put in a hallway at the back of the stairs, and made the downstairs bathroom a bit smaller, with the door into it off of that hallway. Then there would have been a way to get from the living room to the kitchen without walking all the way around the house. More practical and realistic. Plus, it's the downstairs bath. They are usually just powder rooms anyway.
If you're evil enough (which one of my sims was) you can add a sim to your household and dress them like a maid sort of and then give them a room (mine started with just a room and then she had a whole floor to herself) and let them out to clean when your family's sims go to work. So I mean. It's possible, just not a real job in the game like the butlers.
