Awesome review, you bring some boxing equipment into the forefront that other wise people wouldn’t even know about that happen to be great training tools.
Highly recommend it. The only other product I've seen that recoils almost as fast as this is the Fierce Reflex Bag endorsed by Ryan Garcia and Canelo Alvarez, at almost 4x the price of this reflex stick. This will do great for the time being!
@csquaredboxing you should definitely do a series on building a garage boxing gym. You could do episodes on budget and if money was no option. Would be cool to see what you would include.
Would you rather get this or the slomo cobrabag you did a review on. Thanks for your channel man has helped me choose the right gloves and equipment for me. Much appreciated
This is excellent for the price. Build quality is great. It's really light and portable, easy to modify, doesn't take up much space at all, and it is FAST. This is honestly the best thing right next to the Garcia fierce bag which runs around $450. Anything other is too slow.
i'd be interested to see a review on the grodex black mamba version of this.. target is even smaller, looks like it takes crazy precision.. they usually make pretty good stuff
I have two of these picked up locally in Yucaipa, in Southern California and I have to admit this product is in it's own category of boxing equipment. It's like a speedbag/reflex hybrid. Super innovative and genius!
Birthday in a month. Gonna have the wife grab this joint for me. Spent the last week researching these things, and other than Ryan Garcia's, this one looks the best in terms of how it rebounds. Can't justify spending 5 for the Fierce Reflex, regardless of how much prettier it is.
@@SouthFist this is wayyy better than the ultralight reflex bar. By far! I made 5 of the ultra light reflex bar and I still haven’t received it lol. The reflex stick comes in 7 days. The rebound is a lot better and you can actually work on your slipping. Get it it’s worth it!
@@fredex4201 delivery was a little less than a week, it's held up and seems like a pretty sturdy piece! Its worth the $130 price tag! You should also look up Randy Kewlus on RUclips. He shows you how to make a cobra type piece!

@@titleshotsports and it's s shame because It looks a perfect product that really helps you to develop hand speed, cool reflexes, etc. I hope I can get one of your products in a near future. 👏👏

Putting a yoga mat or something underneath might also help with the vibrations.. I like this one👍 Edit* maybe get a nerf ball to stick on the end?? Different shapes/sizes.. that tape-ball looks hurtin'
This is exactly what I did with it. It's awesome! If you need some extra size on the ball i would rubber band it all around and then duct tape over it again. It's a genius product!
Yes, that was the OG reflex stick with a foam cover on the pole. The product has been through a few design changes since then making stronger and faster. Reflexstick.com
I was watching Tony Jefferies on the double end bag. He suggested hitting the bungee for body shot combos. If you were to do that with this product would it be able to handle it?
Love the vid, do you think you could do a review on a reflex bag from a company called ultralight reflex bag, the videos on their sight make it look good but I'm skeptical because of its $65 sale price point
I bought one you can’t adjust the height so if you’re over 5’8 you’re gonna be punching low. So you’re gonna have to put it on top of something. Also the part where you hit it they put tape around it so sometimes it moves around up and down also it looks like it was homemade , but overall it’s fun and fast then my mmamaxx cobra bag . Oh and you won’t get any instruction but you really don’t need it was easy to put together.
subscribed... can you do some reviews on wallbags? I just got disappointed with the fuxin bag trying to save money. should have gottne the windy city. maybe even something on what the wall bag is used for.
Hey Coach do you ever plan on doing any Grodex products? specifically their black mamba (which is practically a really nice version of this reflex stick or air mamba? they seem like their stuff is high quality. also I have Smartboxings Mod 1 reflex product. not perfect but easy to assemble and a lot of fun. its just a bit short on height and the stick is really short and you have to get close to it to get any real head movement in. for 60 bucks it is great though
130 dollars is a joke for that..a ball finished in duct tape? Great review as always and I like the product but we are getting ripped off in the boxing retail market
The grodex for 200 bucks is worth a look if you haven't seen it.and it doesn't look like i just put it together in my garage or lack of a better word homemade .but csquared is definately the best at doing boxing reviews without a doubt!
The guy makes it by hand and the build quality is actually very great. The practicality of it is what makes it so fun to use. You can easily mod the ball by rubberbanding it and duct taping over to add some size, or if you want dip it in some wrap. It's genius!!
The speed of it is what is so crazy combined with the portability, adjustable height. It pays for itself! It's so much fun to use. If you have someone in SoCal who can pick it up and ship it to you maybe the $99 price tag would work better for you.
Can you do a review on the title boxing lightning strike reflex bag, I know it is 250 dollars but I am just wondering because there are no reviews on RUclips
Great call! If you over tighten the screw it will force the shaft to move to one side. I notified Carlo the day the Video came out. My update video on my Web-site explains Not to over tighten the screw.
This is better and cheaper than the grodex stick version because it’s a lot faster. The grodex one you have to wait like everlast reflex bag but just a bit faster
In the near future, I am going to sell my house and live in an apartment. This means I'll lose my basement gym. Anyways, I've been considering what products I could use inside an apartment. Right now, I know the Winning SB-9000 is a sure thing cause I've been using that for awhile now. I'm having trouble figuring out what the Title Shot Reflex Stick can do that the SB-9000 can't. Another concern is I was reading the scumbags at grodex made a "black mamba" but the stick was ruining kids gloves. They only have a black dyed tennis ball on theirs though. Couple that with grodex really being a poncey kid that uses Kickstart for his projects, I'm not too surprised errors would be contained to his projects as he has no expertise at all. That was way too long... Sorry... Cheers m8
It's a foam ball with duct tape over and the stick lodged thru the middle. I bought two and I could see the lines thru the duct tape. one is a soccer ball and the other a basketball. Honestly it's genius. Build quality is surprisingly good. Very well made and it holds up even when using heavy punches. The quickness of the ball is what makes it so fun. It's the combination of a speedbag and a reflex in one. Takes alot of discipline and rhythm to get used to
Your better off with all of the DIY materials because it’s modular meaning you could go pick up a broken piece at Home Depot and make it like new. Where as a $500 cobra bag has no replacement parts and they break easy
Grodex is kinda salty when it comes to crticism. I gave them a comment on their video about the mamba back because they are claiming that they have the fastest bag in the market. I told them that the product is good but there are faster one. They took my comment really bad and they told that im just saying it to throw shade at their good name.
It's a foam ball with the stick lodges through the middle. The guy makes it by hand in a workstation. It's a pretty awesome and an innovative product. Build quality is surprisingly great. It's a standing speedbag-reflexball hybrid. You can mod the ball however you like though I think it's perfect. If anything a smaller ball might be something I'll look after he let me try the prototypes out in the workstation.
