    1) What is his profit margins & will he share his tax returns?
    2) Is he working 100+ hours a week & have better paid contracts vs his competitors
    3) What gives him an edge , while he been in the business for a short period of time

    You said dumpster is paid off after 10 times of renting.
    What about tipping fees, insurance, fuel, loan payments? If you have drivers, you have to factor in payroll as well.
    All sounds good in your interview, but in reality it’s nowhere close to what you’re saying.
