I just bought an iPhone 14 Pro in fair condition and honestly, I had already seen 2 “good” condition iPhone SEs on back market and they looked brand new, so I figured buying a phone that might not even be a year old gives me a pretty good shot at getting a phone that literally looks brand new for a really good price.
The reason the fair one was in good condition, is because they ran out of fair condition phones and just downgraded it on paper to get the sale. you can't easily inventory the different grades when they run out due to them being used, this is to be expected, as they don't want to miss the sales. However you may still get one that is 'fair' if you buy one, so don't be disappointed.
@@Kamogelo-g6h well, i went with a "B' tier iphone SE 2022, and indeed the screen and condition of the phone in general were great when it arrived, but unfortunately the charging port was already having slight poor-connection issues (it was a brand new cable, and i tried multiple cables to make sure it was the hone at fault and not an old cable). it was evident when using the 1/4"-to-lightning dongle one has to use with wired headphones-the track would suddenly stop as if the jack had been removed, while walking around. only happened a couple of times, but i don't want a new phone that's already doing that-it's why i ditched my previous phone. so, i returned it to back market and gave myself the best chance by getting a brand new upgrade SE '22 from EE. i wish apple would make a more reliable and long-lasting connector port.

Bought an iPad in GOOD condition, it arrived, looked absolutely perfect. Felt something on the left, it was the top lifting which means a swollen battery. When you turned it in, it shut down and restarted every 2 minutes until it looked like it turned off completely except for weird flashing . I had it for 1 hours before I removed it and sent it back. Refund requested, never back market again

Reading the reviews I assumed it was gonna be in amazing condition and sadly it wasn’t the case. I was so excited I’m going to return it because of the camera. It was also at 88% battery life which isn’t the worst.

No problem! Based on what Back Market says, fair condition is supposed to have some noticeable scuffs and some scratches. It really depends on the vendor and how they determine what’s fair condition though. I may have gotten lucky!
Sadly not always like this. I am on my 2nd phone from BM. My last one was supposed to be good, but had scratches on all corners and around the camera area. Plus scratch on the screen. Returning it so we will see what happens. They ask customers to supply a series of 7 photos on return, but they do not supply the same for the customer to compare. They can easily say I damaged to phone to get out of their 12 month warranty.

Bought an iphone 14 plus off Backmarket in good condition and it’s beautiful. Everything is perfect literally. It is a replaced screen so i don’t have true tone but, I’m content with that. It isn’t as bright as the original screen but its OLED screen really helps you see it clear as day during any time of day. Tested everything else out and in my opinion, $500 is not bad for a (2022??) phone. Other than that I’ve had 3 other great experiences off of backmarket. My airpod pro 2’s, 2 macbook pros, and my iphone 14 plus. All in amazing condition with literally NO scratches. Good condition on all.

I've bought an excellent condition renewed iphoneX off Amazon. The phone initially looked great. No scratches or cracks and the phone itself looked brand new. However, I went to check out everything and found that the battery was only 80%. But it gets worse, I noticed some glue sticking out from the camera lens, and found that a cheap lens had been glued on there and small air bubbles got trapped inside which created a bad camera quality for me. Then, i noticed that my audio didn't work nearly as it was supposed to. I returned it and got my money back though, and I'm sure others have had better luck than I did with Amazon.

Did you pay for an additional warranty? Cause the free warranty that it comes with only covers stuff like software issues, or any hardware that stops working. They won’t cover drops and spills unless you paid additional warranty

Most of the iPhones have a battery life between 82-95 percent on back market. As long as it’s above 80% you should be fine

Did you pay for an additional warranty? Cause the free warranty that it comes with only covers stuff like software issues, or any hardware that stops working. They won’t cover drops and spills unless you paid additional warranty

@@K4Johnn um it was okay but i expected better considering the fact i got good. Personally i think it should’ve been for the ‘fair’ category and not the good because there were like small dents/scratches around the sides and every corner and the was a rlly tiny scratch on the back that i noticed after. Battery life was 89%
Overall, i think it should’ve been in the fair bc there was just too many small scratches and dents around the frame and idk it’s better to just get excellent tbf so u don’t have that risk/probability
