Can't love all the sahabas and ahlulbayt at the same time. Do any of you guys actually read history? Half of these sahaba protested that each other was wrong in their interpretation of Islam. Abu Dharr al-Ghifari, the most truthful sahaba according to Prophet Muhammad, was hated by Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman because he didn't like their corruption. Muawiyah killed many of the supporters of Ahlulbayt too.
Take ali as a filter you will have lights in darkness you'll be safe from fitna and you'll never and never be astray. Prophet said" I'm the city of knowledge and Ali it's gate" "Ali is with the truth and the thruth with Ali"

I disagree with the point that both Ali (R.A) and Muawiyah (R.A) were on straight path because there can be only one on the true path and it was Ali (R.A). Reason : Prophet (S.A.W) once said to one of His companion "Ammar Ibn e Yasir (R.A)". The hadith is mentioned in Sahih Bukhari, Hadith No. (2812). It is a Sahih hadith. "(During the construction of the mosque of the Prophet) we carried the adobe of the mosque, one brick at a time while `Ammar used to carry two at a time. The Prophet (ﷺ) passed by `Ammar and removed the dust off his head and said, "May Allah be merciful to `Ammar. He will be killed by a rebellious aggressive group. `Ammar will invite them to (obey) Allah and they will invite him to the (Hell) fire." Ammar (R.A) was with Ali (R.A) in the battle of siffin and was fighting against Muawiyah's (R.A) army. Muawiyah (R.A) as a leader of that army was also participating. During the same battle Ammar (R.A) was martyred by the army of Muawiyah (R.A). Hadith clearly mentions who will be on the true path. Edit: I am in no position judging anyone's akhira.
We can see the difference between Ali and other companions in this hadith The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him and family, said to Ali A: No one loves you except a believer, and no one hates you except a hypocrite. Sahih Muslim, vol. 1, p. 48, "Bab al-Dalil, Ali Hasab al-Ansar", and Sawaq Muharraqa, Ibn Hajar, p. 120, Ibn Abi al-Hadid's commentary, vol. 18, p. 173, under Hikmat 42
